Perq s County Court } & William Creacy with the County Surveyor was then and there appointed to divide the Land of Mary Webb dec d agreeable to the last Will & Testament of the said dec d & make report of their proceeding s to next Term.. Perquimans County} Pursuant to the Order of Court hereunto annexed we the subscribers after viewing the Land which belonged to Mary Webb dec d have agreed that the same be divided agreeable to her last Will & Testament in manner as above represented that is to say To Zachariah Webb N o /10 Acres To William Webb N o /10 Acres To John Webb N o /10 Acres To Moses Webb N o /10 Acres To Hanna Webb N o /10 Acres To Mary Phelps N o /10 Acres To Martha Phelps N o /10 Acres To Mary Phelps Jr N o /10 Acres To Elizabeth Phelps N o /10 Acres. 2 N o. 32 Perq s County Court } William Riddick John White, Thomas Twine,., & Jesse May Term A.D } Stallings or any four of them with the County Surveyor was appointed to divide the Lands belonging to the Estate of Joel Hollowell dec d & make report of their proceedings s to next Term.. In obedience to an order of Court hereunto annexed we the subscribers have proceeded to divide the Lands of Joel Hollowell dec d among his three children viz: Daniel Hollowell, Sally Riddick wife of Robert Riddick and Ezekiel Hollowell all Children of the Dec d the Division is represented by the above plan. N o /3 Acres to Daniel Hollwell Beginning on the side of the River Run John Jones Corner thence with his line N 37 ½ E 53 ch s to said corner thence with the Back line N 75 W 42 poles then S 37 ½ W to the River Run down the run to the first station. N o /3 acres to Sally Riddick wife of Robert Riddick Beginning on the side of the River Run Daniel Hollowell s corner tree as by the above plan thence with his line N 37 ½ E 50½ chains to the back line thence with back line N 75 W 40 poles then S 37 ½ W to the River Run down the run to the first station with the privilege of moving the Kitchen home off of Ezekiel s part. N o /3 Acres to Ezekiel Hollowell except the Kitchen house which may be moved on N o. 2 Beginning on the side of the River Run Salley Riddick s Corner thence with her line N 37 ½ E 42 ch s to the back line thence with the back line N 75 W 48 poles to Miles Stallings line thence with his line to the River Run then down the River to the first point station all which is submitted to the worshipped Court. Perq s County Court } 1814 William Creasy Esq r, John M c Nider, Ely Brinkley, Abner Dial and Moses Webb with Thomas Long Surveyor was appointed to divide the Lands belonging to the Estate of John Nixon dec d among his leg representative agreeable to Law & make report of their proceedings to next Term of Court Test John Wood clk The Plan represents one hundred and thirty tow acres of Land lying in Perquimans County on the North East side of a Branch issuing out of S r Sawyer s Mill pond belonging to the heirs of John Nixon Sen r dec d the bounds as above described Surveyed the 9 th day of Jan y 1815 By Thomas Long Perq s County In obedience to an order of Court hereunto annexed we the subscribers after being duly Qualified have proceeded to divide the Land of John Nixon dec d among his legal representatives as above Stated. Carolina } August Term A.D Gabriel White & William Blount Esq r Joseph Perq s County Court } Barrow Theophilous White & William Williams was appointed to Divide the Land belong to the heirs of John Smith Dec d amongst his legal representatives agreeable to Law and make report thereof Next Term Pursuant to an Order of Court hereunto annexed with subscribers (after being duly Qualified agreeable to Law) have met on the premises & divided the Land belonging to the Estate of John Smith sen r dec d among his legal representatives as above represented, the said Land lying in Perquimans County on the head of Minzes Creek and some to the water of Gig Creek. Test John Wood clk Acres This Plate represents Land lying in Perquimans County at the N.E. side of Perq s River Beginning at the mouth of a Branch near Josiah Jordan s line & running the various course as per Plate, belonging to the heirs of William Pearson dec d divided agreeable to Will between Miriam & Silas & after Miriam s part Subdivided between Silas and the orphan of Thomas Elliott dec d Surveyed this 15 th day of 6 th month 1814 agreeable to an order of Court dated may Term 1814 By Exum Newby Surveyor In obedience to an Order of Court hereunto annexed we the Subscribers with Exum Newby Surveyor have proceeded to divide the Lands of Miriam Pearson a minor dec d as represented in the above Platt. 7 N o. 37 North Carolina } November Term 1815 Eley Brinkley, John M c Nider, Abner Dial, William Perq s County Court } Bratton & Thomas Bains or any four of them with a Surveyor was appointed to Divide the Land belonging to the Estate of Thomas and Charles Thach dec d amongst their legal Representatives agreeable to Law & make repot to Next Term The above Plot Represents 183 Acres of Land the Property of the late Thomas & Charles Thach dec d agreeable to a Survey made & Plotted by Hosea Smith 7 th Dec r 1809 it being Referred to by mutual consent by Nathan Thach dec d between whom it is Equally Divided as the above Represents, Ninety on & a half acres each. Plotted and Divided the 18 th January 1816 By James Bains S r In obedience to the above annexed order of Court to us directed we have met on the Premises and proceed to Divide the Lands formerly descended from Joseph Thach dec d to his two Sons Thomas & Charles Thach who has died under age & Intestate leaving Nathan Thach their Brother & Nath l Thach s son Joseph Thach they being the only heirs at Law we therefore proceed to divide the above mentioned Lands of the said Thomas & Charles Thach equally between Nathan Thach & Joseph son of Nath l Thach dec d as the Plott hereunto annexed will more fully and at large appear.
