Senior Choir will present their Easter Cantata today, April 8 at the 10:30 worship service. Come and experience this moving musical Redeemed By the Blood of the Lamb containing old and new songs to celebrate the redeeming power of Jesus and what He has done for His people. The Winterstown UB Cemetery Assoc. will hold its annual meeting in the conference room immediately following the 4/22-10:30 worship service. All lot holder's and members are welcome. A huge thank you to the faithful candy makers especially in the snowy weather. We made 13,882 eggs. We still have eggs to sell plus peanuts and raisins. A big thank you to everyone! News & Notes MISSION MONTH As announced last week, April is a mission month for Winterstown UMC. We are supporting Emma H, who is going to Ghana in August for 18 months. Our congregation financial goal is $ We have a family who is willing to match funds up to $750.00, as long as we can raise $ from the congregation. We will meet our goal! Last Sunday, we collected $370.00!!! Almost half of what we need for the month! THANK YOU! You can donate 3 ways: 1. Through the weekly collection jar, 2. In your church envelope or any envelope marked EMMA Missions or 3. Online at - Help a missionary help others. Let s continue to pray for Emma and show her and her family how much Winterstown UMC cares! ~ Outreach Committee Ladies, Ladies... Honor your mother or your daughter or both! Join our Mother / Daughter Banquet, Saturday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m., here at our church. Dinner - hosted by "Jay Beaver and company", in the all-purpose room will be a traditional Thanksgiving style dinner. Entertainment, will be a theater production by "TAFE" in the sanctuary after dinner. Our fees will be $13.00, Children 4 to 7: $8, 0 to 3: are free. Redemption is a gift, it s something only Christ can offer. This musical celebrates His power to heal us physically, emotionally and most of all spiritually. It contains old and new songs to celebrate the redeeming power of Jesus and what He has done for His people.
