Yet there is much that keeps us from creating the change you desire We think about child poverty and want to place blame or feel shame. We get overwhelmed and feel hopeless. We seek distractions or distance ourselves from other people s problems. But we know we are all your people. Forgive us, O God. Help us to turn in a new direction.
