Every month our scheduling team, headed by Lesley Conder, work hard to ensure that the right balance of programmes are broadcast on Revelation TV. After listening to viewers comments and hearing so many questions you want answered, we have extended the Thursday night Q&A show by half an hour. This month sees the 100th Anniversary of World War One. We mark that with a special programme. I am definitely going to be watching Simon s interview with Dr Michael Brown. Then there are good films, some great music concerts, and all the regulars, including R Mornings, the Twilight Zone, Middle East Report, Word and Prayer, and of course Church Without Walls when Lorna and I looking foward to sharing Communion with you. 3 Devotion Time Paul and Silas were in Prison. They were singing and worshipping God. As they worshipped Him, His power was released. They did not let the spirit of heaviness get in the way of God s power. That s what can happen if we keep talking about the problem instead of living in the answer. The power of God is released by faith. Worship expresses our faith in song...and God inhabits the praises of His people. Ps 22v3. It releases His power to deal with the problems. Paul and Silas wanted out of there as soon as possible and they understood how supernatural power worked. They lost no time in praising God, knowing He has all power. Power over prison bars, Power over Kings and Rulers, Power over pain, lack and sickness, Power over elements, Power over every situation that they might find themselves in. THEY KNEW THE GOD THEY WORSHIPPED! They knew how He brought His people out of Egypt. He had power to split the Red Sea. It was history to them so they wasted no time in praising and worshipping God. They were set free from thier prison chains. Our God is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. He came to set the captives free. That s you and me. Cyril and Breda 3

7 When we first broadcast from a tiny room in Central London in 2003, never would I have believed that 15 years later we would be hosting what is probably the biggest Church in the UK. The Church Without Walls! From that room we graduated to a larger studio, but the expense of taking on premises in London was extortionate so we decided that it was time to exit London. We couldn t find premises within our non/existent budget so we had the grand idea of running the whole establishment from our home!.the rooms and bedrooms were turned into studio sets, control rooms, playout, scheduling stations and editing rooms. Howard and I had a six-foot wide bedroom that just about housed our bed! Howard s bright comment to me was Well at least you can t get out of bed the wrong side. Family life was far from ideal but we made the most of it and embraced our new studios with enthusiasm as the house was filled with staff, determined to keep Revelation TV going. A year later. we were given the opportunity to inhabit existing studios in Surrey and stayed there for six years until we got notice that the building was being torn down to make way for an apartment block. From there, we moved to Spain and turned an underground car park into our current studios. Though not quite right in terms of ceiling height and badly placed pillars, we thanked God for the provision, we settled into producing programmes and embraced our new home. Our next move into the Revelation international Centre can only be described as miraculous! God knew all those years ago where our new Revelation home would be yet it was something we had never dared imagined. And for that we Thank the Lord!! Lesley Conder

9 When we decided to plan a Dedication Weekend for the new Revelation International Centre, it is because we truly wanted to dedicate the entire building to the Lord s use. We wanted to do it with viewers who could make their way to Spain to join us, as well as a vast TV audience, who would witness it, and be able to be a part of the event, even if not present in person. It turned out to be a remarkable three days as we broadcast live from the new Centre with hired equipment. The centre has now reverted back to being a building site and it will be another 12 months before it will be completed. When we raised the idea of broadcasting from what is a shell of a building, with no doors or windows, I think our technical guys thought we had lost our minds. Our architect also had grave concerns in case anyone tripped and fell on the uneven floors and open-door spaces. But they all made it possible and we broadcast live on the Saturday morning as the building was dedicated to the Lord. On the Sunday we shared together in worship, preaching and communion for the live Church Without Walls service. Then on the Monday, Lesley and Yemi presented a very unusual, but blessed, R Mornings from the building. There was lots of interaction with the audience! The three days were remarkable, not just because it happened and everything worked well; not just because 200 wonderful viewers turned up to share the occasion with us; not just because we heard some amazing messages, watch out especially for those of Tim Vince, Simon Barrett and Hugh Jackman, but because God showed up. It was His presence that turned the ordinary into the extra-ordinary. We are excited at what God has in store for the new Revelation International Centre. Now we just need to persuade the builders and technical teams to hurry up and finish their work, so that we can move in and begin broadcasting all the time from there! Gordon Pettie

10 I feel extremely privileged to be sharing with you what God has placed on my heart for the 2018 Christmas card poem. This year the message relates to the prophetic words of Isaiah that approximately seven hundred years later, were fulfilled in Bethlehem through the birth of Christ.
