Firstly this is the month where we will launch our Childrens Project in Rwanda. Lesley Conder will tell you more about that on pages 8 and 9. As a Christian organisation we want to know the facts surrounding the debate but we also want to know what the Spirit of the Lord is speaking to us at this time. 3 WHY I LOVE REVELATION TV Jesus commanded ALL of his disciples to go into all the world, and make disciples of all men (and ladies!). Revelation TV is remarkably successful at this! What is the secret of the success of Revelation TV? There is no secret! The Leadership, Howard, Lesley, Gordon, Lorna and Alan have simply put the LORD first in their own lives, and in the life of Revelation TV! Revelation TV is actually the best example of a New Testament church that I know! A true church is made up of genuine believers, who ALL have a vital role to play! The Church Without Walls includes our precious viewers who pray and financially support Revelation TV! The Revelation TV family are a true Body of Christ, including the Leadership, Management, Staff, Presenters, and precious viewers, ALL of whom are part of a true Church Without Walls! There are the following really important groups, ALL of which are completely indispensable! The Leadership, Management, presenters, producers, camera operators, programmers, schedulers, a website and media specialist, computer whiz-kids, accountants, solicitors, trustees, telephone operators, and other generally really useful people! This family are my very real Christian family, and always will be! Within Christian circles we will always be family, and nothing can change that! Some will be locals, desperate for safety. The call to prayer in crisis is pretty universal. But what about day-to-day prayer?

7 WHEN DO WE PRAY? Sarah Tun Crises often provoke us to pray, whether for ourselves, for loved ones or for total strangers. There are fires burning in Alberta, Canada right now. It s all over the international news; it is probable that many people are praying now. Some who are praying will be intercessors, led to pray by the Holy Spirit. Some will be locals, desperate for safety. The call to prayer in crisis is pretty universal. But what about day-to-day prayer? Prayer can avert danger, but it is also an act of praise, thanksgiving to God for His protection.the key, I believe, is that most prayer is not meant to depend on circumstance. Rather, prayer is intended to consolidate relationship. When we pray to Almighty God we are saying we trust Him and remember Him as key in our lives, sovereign and able to hold us - our circumstances, our state of mind and our relationships - in the palm of His holy and generous So, when we wake, let s pray. When we go about our daily lives, let s pray. When we bed down, let us pray. hand. Because Our Father in heaven hears our prayers, and wants to connect with us. And let us not only speak, but also listen, and expect Him to answer. We who have access to the Father, through Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, can live our lives in peace, knowing we are connected to the Creator of the Universe, through this device called prayer. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) -Howard Conder

8 Revelation TV has partnered with Compassion UK to establish a brand new children s project in Rwanda. Our aim is to encourage Church Without Walls viewers to individually take on the sponsorship of each of these children in order to provide for their physical, emotional and spiritual growth. We will be explaining more during Compassion week beginning June 20th. CHILDREN S PROJECT IN RWANDA Yes, I ve been to Rwanda, and yes, I have a lot to tell you, exciting news about what Revelation TV is doing. I think this is really the first time that we as a channel have undertaken anything like this and I can tell you we are all really excited! I can t wait to share with you some of the experiences that I had on my journey to Rwanda, to show you some of the people I met, precious families and communities. Most of all I can t wait to show you the children. If you haven t already guessed what we are doing then let me give you a one word hint Compassion. If you aren t familiar with the Christian Charity Compassion then join us for Compassion week starting June 20th. Not only will you find out what incredible work this charity is doing all around the world, but you will join me in my personal journey to Rwanda, known as the country of a thousand hills, a land where I found much hardship but also discovered a land full of wonder and beauty. We believe that as Jesus loved us, so ought we to love one another, to love in deed as well as word and we want you to join us in the great opportunity that we know will be a blessing for everyone concerned. -Lesley Conder
