Other dona ons the Market would appreciate include: Baked goods, Fresh canned goods, Jams & Jellies, Honey and other fall goodies. Items can be dropped off at church on Friday, Sept 14th from 9am to 7:30pm and on Saturday, Sept 15th from 9am to 7pm. Thank you, come enjoy the Farmer s Market at the Fes val. F F O P Co age Grove Fire Sta on has agreed to allow any Fall Fes val overflow parking, to park in their west lot. As you face the fire sta on, the west lot is on the right side of their building. Please park with care. V / P T E You won t miss the Viking/Packer game; we are having a tailgating party to watch the game right in the big tent. We will start off by showing the game in the music room off Seaton Hall, after a short talent contest the game will be moved to the big tent. There will be prizes for both teams so wear your best team colors and win a prize. A en on! We are in desperate need volunteers to help with the children s games in the a ernoon at the Fall Fes val. Each session includes a facilitated lesson, followed by me for small group discussion. Facilitator and Author Donna Mathiowetz will lead. Starts Sept. 19th, Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Washington County Community Center and runs for 5 sessions ( Sept 19, Oct. 17th, Nov. 14th, Dec. 19th & Jan.16th) Cost is $55 per person or $85 per couple. On Friday, Sept. 14th, we will be packing weekend meal bags for the homeless. These bags are then brought to The Listening House in St. Paul. The Listening House is a day me drop-in center for the homeless where they can find shelter from the elements, Listening House clothing, food and companionship. This is a monthly project we do. Weekend meal bags have nutri onal snacks that help the homeless get through the weekend when food is harder to find. If you would care to contribute goods for the meal bags, we are looking for nutri onal nonperishable item; i.e., beef s cks, protein bars, peanut bu er/cheese snacks, nuts, protein drinks, etc. A minimum of 60 bags are packed. There is a basket labeled Listening House Weekend Meal Bags in the first hallway as you enter church under the coat rack. Thank You and God Bless Mission Outreach The Rite of Chris an Ini a on of Adults (RCIA) will again be held at St Rita s this year beginning in October. RCIA is a program for non bap zed Catholics interested in inquiring about the faith and becoming Catholic. It is also for bap- zed Catholic adults who have never completed one or more of the sacraments of ini a on (Eucharist, Reconcilia- on and Confirma on).
