7 Ministry Leaders 1. Elders - Elders are who love CenterPoint and its pastor and are willing to provide spiritual protec-on to the church. 2. Ministers Ministers are authorized to perform func-ons such as teaching; leading services, serving the congrega-on; and providing spiritual guidance to the community. 3. Deacons - The Deacons are members of the congrega-on, appointed by the Senior Pastor to serve the pastor and congrega-on where needed. They provide counsel to the Senior Pastor regarding the welfare of its members.
