3 Parish Announcements Sunday, August 13, The Edge Middle School Youth Ministry The Edge is a Catholic middle school youth ministry program that serves our 6th, 7th & 8th grade students. It is a 3 year program and meets on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 pm. Classes begin September 20th with a parent night and students join us September 27th. We invite you to register your middle schoolers and take advantage of our early bird special which goes until August 23rd. Registration forms are available in the hallway or on the parish website. You may drop off or mail in the completed registration form to the parish office. We invite you to register your children, even if you ve missed some of the three year program. To learn more, please visit Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults Every year hundreds of people in the diocese are baptized into the Catholic Church after completing formation through the ministry of RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults). The ministry is designed to educate non-catholics about the faith. It is also for Baptized Catholics wishing to receive the sacraments of first Eucharist and/or Confirmation. This five-part course will cover all the basic teachings of the Church on the sacraments, liturgy, worship and prayer.
