Thank God that the children have finished their examinations. The Archbishop of The Province of SEA - The Most Rev Dr. John Chew Our Nation - Seri Paduka Baginda Yang DiPertuan Agung; The Prime Minister & All Cabinet Ministers Pray for all the plans for the mission and growth of the Diocese, the appointment of assistant bishops and Archdeacons. Pray for travel mercies as the Bishop travels around the Diocese and visits the various churches. Pray for the Anglican School of Disciples (Chinese) from January 1 st February 2 Archdeacons and their spouses: Archdeacon Andrew Phang & Esther (Upper North), Archdeacon Steven Abbarow and Anne (Lower North) pray especially for Anne, for good health and strength to be with her. Archdeacon Dr S Batumalai & Elizabeth (Lower Central & Southern) & Archdeacon Charles Samuel and Alice (Eastern). Uphold their families and loved ones. Pray that God will guide all Archdeacons to chart out the various plans to implement the new vision for the year Transformation of Congregation. Pray for the training team as they impart the passion to these young people. For the designing and completion of the Anglicanism Course that is to be used in the Diocese in the coming years for all ministry workers. Pray for The Good Shepherd Church, Subang Jaya which will be inaugurated as a Parish. Pray for Cozy Home, chairman- Bishop Lim Cheng Ean, Thank and praise God, for the Certificate of Occupation which was received on Christmas Eve. Pray for the committee members as they begin the work caring in this new center Pray for the soft launch and the 1 st service at St. Mark s Cozy Home. Thank God for Our Saviour s Church, Salak South where the Church building was recently consecrated and for the dedication of St. Paul s Hall Petaling Jaya. Day 15 St Paul s Church, Petaling Jaya; Sri Sentosa Outreach Centre; Sunway Damansara Anglican Centre; The Bethel Church, Puchong Jaya;

5 Thank God for Sunway Damasara Anglican Center which was made a Parish and for Rev. Stephen Chan who was inducted as the new Vicar of the Parish Pray for the Diocesan Women s Committee and for Susila Packianathan-Chairperson; CAWC Prayer Rally- 5 th January 2008; CAWC English/Tamil Retreat- February 2008; CAWC Easter Social Gathering April 2008; DWC Conference in Ipoh 2 nd to 4 th June 2008 Thank God for a successful 6th BM Kem Keluarga held in Che Foo Resort in Cameron Highlands in Nov About 130 people from108 different churches attended the camp. Pray that God will continue to bless the work amongst the Bahasa Malaysia speaking community. Way, Petaling Jaya Pray for identified new areas of ministry in Pahang, Mentakab, Temerloh, Kuantan, Bentong. Day 17 Church of St Thomas, Banting; Christ Church, Carey Island; Church of the Holy Spirit, Teluk Panglima Garang; Church of El Shaddai, Sungai Pelek; Bukit Pelanduk, Kem Sunggala, Kem Bt Lima; St Aidan s Church, Bahau; St Chad s Center, Ldg Geddes St Mark s Church, Seremban; Pray for St. Mark s Church, Seremban for Rev. David Rajiah and for the various activities in the parish; Theme of the Parish is Pray and expand for Jesus ; Pray for the VRBC (vicarage renovation building committee) to commence with the Fund Raising Project and for the building to come up as soon as possible; Pray for the Lay Pastors Course which will begin in January 2008 in partnership with Christ Church, Malacca & St. Aidan's, Bahau, that more young people will come forward as part time/full time workers for the Lord to serve in their local parish; pray for new outreach points to be opened in Negeri Sembilan after 103 years. Pray for more Committed, Dedicated and Anointed Leaders to rise up at St. Mark's, Seremban as they prepare for the year 2008; Pray for the growth among the Tamil, Bahasa and Chinese congregation; Pray FOR REV DAVID RAJIAH and his wife Edna, for God's grace and favour to be upon them as they serve Him. Pray for their daughters, Edweena and Eliza that they will continue to serve the Lord Jesus and do well in their studies; Pray for the University Student ministry and the new challenges that the church faces in mission. Lay leaders in the church so that they will be committed in the ministry that has been entrusted to them. Pray for Mrs. Christina Saing as she takes on a new responsibility as a Church Treasurer. Pray that God will give her wisdom and knowledge in accounting. Day18 Remember and pray for the Southern Archdeaconry; Christ Church, Malacca; Church of the Transfiguration, Merlimau; Terendak Camp Pray for identified new areas of ministry in Terengganu, Jertih, Dungun, Paka, Kerteh.

Pray for St. Andrew s Church Ulu Tiram which was made a new Parish. Pray for identified new areas of ministry in Melaka, Merlimau, Batang Melaka, Jasin and Alor Gajah. Day 21 Pray for St. John s Center at Batu Melintang, that the members will be strong in their faith, pray for travel mercies for all clergy and staff as they travel to this place; St Martin s Church Kota Baru; St. John s Mission Centre; Gereja Emmanuel; For the Eastern Archdeaconry: St Andrew s Church, Kuala Terengganu; Paka / Kerteh, Pray for Archdeacon Charles Samuel and the lay Leaders. Pray that the congregation will be blessed with a piece of land to build a church for the Anglican congregation. Day 22 The Church Triumphant: Thanksgiving for those who have served in the Diocese; faithfully carrying out their Christian duties. Pray for the Diocesan Children s Committee, for Ruth Ong and her members Day 23 Lay Leadership in the Diocese All Lay Representatives to Synod; Lay Readers and Parish Lay Leaders; Those Active in Politics, Works of Justice and Mercy. Pray for identified new areas of ministry in Negeri Sembilan, Kuala Pilah and Gemas Pray for more Vocation in the Diocese. Pray that capable and God-fearing men and women will respond to serve God in the ministry especially as priests and deaconesses. Pray for the Ordination Committee that God will grant them discernment and wisdom as they interview those offering themselves for full time ministry. Pray for the Anglican students at the Seminary. Pray for the servers and acolytes in our churches and thank God for their services. Pray that more young people will come forward to join the server s guild.
