Sunday Morning Small Group at 9:00 a.m. Join the kindergarten through fifth grade class in Bldg C, Small Group Room Second Floor. This Month s Study: Be our Guest TODAY Bible Story: Jesus serves His disciples by washing their feet. (John 13:1-7) Usually a servant would wash travelers feet before they ate their meal. But Jesus surprised everyone by doing it Himself. He showed that even leaders should put others needs first. Bottom Line: I can put others first by serving them. Serving others often means taking the dirty jobs that no one else wants to do. When we do things like scooping the litter box, taking out the trash, or cleaning the dirty dishes, we are serving our families. This shows that we know their needs are important. Parent s Morning Out Parent s Morning Out on Tues. and Thurs. is a great time for you to get errands done or take time for yourself, without your child(ren). Care is $10 per child, per day from 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Reserve your spot by contacting the Children s Ministry Office at , ext Wednesday Nights The children s Wednesday night activity is not meeting until after the summer. 6

They will attend Bow the Knee, our Easter Dramatic Musical next Sunday, April 13 at 4 p.m. For more information contact Felix Koutsourais at c24go1@aol.com. TODAY: History in the Making A fake bunny. Searching for hidden eggs filled with melted chocolate. If you grew up confused about Easter, you're probably not alone. Maybe you grew up in church and you know it has to do with Jesus, but what exactly are we celebrating? Here's a hint: It's not the death of Jesus. Yes, Jesus did die for our sins, but then real people, eyewitnesses saw Him alive. He had told them He would rise from the dead, but no one really expected Him to do it! The resurrection not only proved that Jesus was who He claimed to be, but it separates Christianity from every other religious tradition. We do not celebrate someone who is dead. We celebrate that He is alive and because of that we can trust Him. 30 Hour Famine This Saturday the St. Paul Youth Group is participating in World Vision's 30 Hour Famine! We ll go without food for 30 hours on April to raise money for starving children around the world. Our team goal is to raise $2,500. Visit stpaulumc.org for more information, or to sponsor our team. Join the middle and high school youth at 5:30 p.m. in the Mariposa Café. Worship and a lesson will follow in the Youth Room until 8 p.m. Wednesday Study Group Changes This Week to Focus on Student Leadership Students in middle and high school meet in the Christian Life Enrichment Center Youth Room at 6:30 p.m. for our Amplify student leadership study. Wednesdays are a fun, interactive gathering time with a devotional focus. This group will focus on how to put our gifts to use in our homes, schools, community and our world. Son Kissed Preschool Now Accepts School Readiness Scholarships! Son Kissed Preschool has openings available, and now accepts School Readiness funding.
