Doors Open Milwaukee, September 21, is a Saturday event that provides bus transportation to a number of downtown buildings not usually open to the public. Cost is $ Then an evening event, Tuesday, October 22 will feature The Browns in concert at the Fireside Dinner Theater. This event is $45.00 which also includes the buffet. Fliers and payment envelopes for both are at the Information Centers LIGHT FOR THE LOST BANQUET Joe Gordon, missionary to Asia Pacific, will be sharing on Tuesday, September 24th at 6:30 pm at the Poplar Creek Church at the Light for the Lost banquet. Light for the Lost provides Bibles, evangelistic materials, and more for missions efforts all over the world. Tickets are available at the main information center for $5 per person and must be purchased by Wednesday, Sept. 18th. See Pastor Mark for more information. KINGDOM KIDS CHOIR We are ready to start our preparation for our 2013 Christmas musical, We Three Spies, and would love to have you join us! Kids choir is open to children in 1st 6th grade and meets on Wed. nights at 6:15 before service. We will be starting rehearsals on Wed. September 25th. Two ways to register - $25 participation fee, or pledge to raise $100 for missions (both due day of race at check-in). This run/walk is open to all persons so make sure to invite friends and family to come walk or run and help raise money for missions. OCAG BUSINESS FAIR On Sunday, September 29th, all of the businesses that have advertised in the church business directory want to meet with you. We will be hosting a business fair for you to come, sample products, get information about businesses owners from within the church family and network. You will also be able to get your copy of the business directory. The fair will start at noon and run till 2 pm. Stop by the North Gym and visit each booth.
