6 /Youth Anderson Youth seeks to raise up students who will be next generation leaders to reach our world for Christ. We hope to accomplish this by cultivating a community of youth families that support and encourage one another and by developing students who are rooted in the Word in order to embrace the Gospel s power to renew all things. YOUTH SERVICE 9:15AM On Sunday mornings, our students and volunteers gather in the Anderson Youth Gym across the street from the main sanctuary for a time of worship and teaching. 979 WED 7-9PM On Wednesday nights, Junior High students meet in the Anderson Youth Gym while our High School students meet in various homes across our city based on their grade. Our hope is not only to teach students what the Scriptures say but to help them understand what it looks like to apply the Word each day in their neighborhood, the 979 area code. GRACE FOR THE CITY During the semester, we partner with ministries like Faithful to the Fatherless and The Bridge Ministries in order to serve our city. We provide opportunities to serve with each of these ministries about once a month.
