2 DIRECTORY UPDATE We are taking pictures TODAY for the directory! If you are new to our Union Valley Church family or if your family has changed since your last picture, we invite you to stop by Room 113 (across from Pastor Jason s office), either in between or after the Sunday Morning Worship services. If not ready for pictures today, we will be taking them one more time next Sunday, September 24. FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY Mondays, September 18 - November 7:00-8:30 p.m. TODAY is the last day to register for the upcoming classes. We re set up in the office in between Pastor Steve s and Pastor Jason s offices. We will have a sign up on the door so you can locate us. You can drop by between services and after second service. SMALL GROUPS SIGN UP CONTINUES! If you haven t signed up to be part of a small group do so today! This is an excellent way to get to know others at UVBC. Groups will meet once a month, starting in October through April. Need a sign up sheet? They will be on the table in the foyer. Please put it in the offering or turn it into the Office. WORLD OUTREACH WEEKEND OCTOBER People, Purpose & Passion, Verse: 1 Thessalonians 2:8 Guest Speaker: Jeff Thompson, E3 Missionaries: Darwin & Karen Stoesz, SEND; Isaac & Anna Cummins, Avant (Saturday morning only) Each family is encouraged to take a G.O.L.D. bag or jar and fill it with loose change or currency over the next few weeks for the expenses and a love gift for our missionary guests. The bags and jars are on a table in the Meet & Greet room. Please bring back the weekend of the festival. LOAN BALANCE ON NORTH PROPERITIES A payment of $1,840 was made on September 2, leaving a loan balance of $62, All gifts given this month will be applied to the loan balance the first of October.
