5 ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN UP: Church Paw Socks Game Join others from our church on August 19 th attending the Paw Socks Game at McCoy Stadium, 1 Columbus Ave., Pawtucket, RI. Tickets are $9.00 and need to be paid for ahead of time at Welcome Central. Cheryl Marshall will hand out the tickets after service on the day of the game. The game time is 1:30 but the gates open at noon and people should try to get there early. We will sit in section 7. The seats are not reserved, so the earlier the better! 6 Aug. 1 Aug. 8, 2018 Praise the Lord for Betty and John Arnold, our Alliance missionaries serving in Burkina Faso, Africa, who are preaching and worshiping with us today. Pray for their return to the mission field soon. Praise the Lord for Jaime Converse s 5 yrs. of service as our Director of Children s Ministries. Pray for Jaime as she begins a new career as a full-time teacher in a Christian School. Pray for wisdom, discernment, and unity for our leadership team as they decide how to best replace Jaime and Andrea Klement. Pray for our NYC Mission Team as they prepare to share their trip with us next Sunday. Praise the Lord for our Governing Board who make decisions concerning our church finances and facility. Pray for Holy Spirit anointing, unity, and power on their ministry. Praise the Lord for the visit and the safe return of our Senegal Missionaries, Stan, Jaynee, and Caleb Walker this week. Pray for Bob Marshall as he spends extended time working in India. Pray for his safe return soon, for peace, and for God s protection. Pray for the fruit of our NYC Mission trip and VBS last month in all who were involved. Pray for our college students as they prepare to leave for their campuses soon.
