1 NEWS AND EVENTS NOV 11 SUNDAY SCHOOL Sunday school is collecting donation items for Sunday school children to pack shoeboxes. Small toys, art supplies, and hygiene items can be dropped off in the church entry area. All items must be new. The class will be packing shoeboxes on Nov 11. Sport Sundays NOV 11 12:00 PM NEVADA TRAILS PARK ALL AGES are invited to Sport Sundays! Once a month, we will be meeting at the park to play a sport. This month we re playing Mushball like softball, but with a mushball. No experience necessary! Pack a lunch and meet at the park! 2nd Wednesdays - Youth and Parents NOV 14 5:00 PM Family time apart it s a thing! Parents gather together for the evening while the kids hang with Natalee. This month is the Great Good Sam Bake Off! Students will test and show off their baking skills in time for Thanksgiving. Want to test taste and judge? Contact Natalee at natalee.com. PIE SOCIAL Sunday, November 19 Good Samaritan Concert Series NOV 17 6:30-7:30 PM FREE ADMISSION The Good Samaritan Concert Series returns this month and will feature the Sin City Strings, a local string quartet. Mark your calendar and join us for an evening of great music. Food Distribution Ministry EVERY 3RD SATURDAY NOV 17 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Our monthly Food Distribution Ministry is an outreach program for our community to provide food to those impacted by food scarcity. Volunteers make this ministry a success. If you are available to help with this ministry once a month, mark your friendship form. If you know of anyone in need of food assistance you can help them by referring them to the food distribution here at Good Sam on the 3rd Saturday. During the month of Nov, we are asking for donations of cereal and Thanksgiving stuffing. Drop off by Wednesday, Nov 14. Can t resist a cute baby? NURSERY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Our nursery provides loving care for babies under 3 years old during weekend services.
