4 message from THE PRESIDENT OF THE ACADEMY I am delighted to welcome you to our 4th graduation ceremony today. I am very happy to inform you that ICA Academy is graduating 188 students this year from our Theological Education, Faith Development, Hong Kong School of Supernatural Ministry and the School of Worship. Our largest number of graduates is from the School of Supernatural Ministry with students coming from 25 different churches in Hong Kong. Our performance over these four years has been encouraging and we see that we are moving forward towards our vision being a learning resource centre and the source for the next generation of leaders pastors, evangelists, theologians, prophets and administrators. 5 message from ICA ACADEMY BOARD OF DIRECTORS The progress that ICA Academy has made in its four years of operation is a matter of great satisfaction to us as the Board of ICA Academy. We see growth and development in the range of courses being offered as well as the depth of coverage of the courses. We also see the way the Academy has strengthened and widened its faculty supporting and teaching the courses it offers. We are confident that ICA Academy will continue to positively impact the life of ICA as a church and not just ICA but also other churches who will use its services.

6 message from THE ACADEMIC DEANS The goal of Theological Education is to train and develop future pastors and Christian leaders. This year, we have another 4 graduates who have completed the first year certificate in Pastoral Ministry. We hope many more will gain both knowledge and degrees and certificates from the courses that Theological Education offers. Rev. 7 We have 7 language congregations at ICA, and several of them have been offering courses under the umbrella of the ICA Academy. This year, we have 36 students graduating from our Indonesian congregation in Diploma and Certificate levels. Other language congregations such as the Thai and Sri Lankan are also offering similar courses. Bachelor, Diploma, and Certificate courses are made available based on the needs and the academic levels of the students. We are one of the most ethnically diverse churches in the world, and we believe we are called to bless the nations through our diverse language congregations. From this year, our language congregations live-stream our Sunday services to reach out to the relevant people groups located all over the world, and, by the grace of God, we are already seeing fruit. We believe ICA Academy will play an increasing important role as the leaders and ministers are being equipped to bless many nations beyond Hong Kong and cross-culturally. Also, it is a great model for raising leaders from among our own members within the church family context. Rev. Dr. Peter Kwon Academic Dean Theological Education (Languages)

8 Hong Kong School of Supernatural Ministry - HKSSM is a ministry training center where students embrace their royal identity and walk in the authority and power of King Jesus. This is not just a school, it is a movement! We are in awe of what God has done in each one of our students. None of them are the same since they enrolled! Today, we re proud to present 93 graduates: 49 who have made it through our intensive Year 1 curriculum, and are now walking in leadership and anointing in their fields, and 44 hungry students who have successfully completed 3 years of HKSSM and are propelling further forward in their callings. Collectively these men and women represent 25 churches and come from diverse backgrounds and walks of life; business people, school teachers, pastors, ministry leaders, and young professionals. We joyfully send them out into the fullness God has prepared for them! School of Spirit SOS is a ministry established with a primary vision to equip, empower and release the prophetic ministry in ICA. We receive regular impartation to operate in the prophetic, and are empowered to release timely and life-giving revelatory words at Sunday Services, Kingdom Group meetings and special occasions in ICA. 9 Graduation is a time to celebrate the determination and commitment leading to this achievement. This summer we celebrate these ideals with 34 graduates of our two programs under Faith Development. The Inductive Bible Study Method classes have stirred up your desire for personal exploration and study of God s Word through observation, interpretation, and application steps. For you, the Bible is no longer just a good book ; it is God s personal and unique communication to you. I challenge you to continue deepening your own study of the Bible with what you learned. Those graduating from the Christian Lay Counselling Training Program have been equipped for a wholistic approach to the helping ministry including theory and practice. At this point graduates will move on to care for hurting hearts and broken lives in a real world around you. We must say a special thanks to our cadre of teachers who have given generously of their time in preparation and presentation in training our graduates. May God bless you all! Rev. 10 In our faculty, we have three schools - the School of Worship, School of Music and Creative Arts and School of Global Community Service. The School for Music and Creative Arts develop in its students skills and abilities as well as the heart to worship and use music, dance, art and dramas to communicate their heart of worship and praise. The School of Worship provides a platform to teach, train and equip students with Biblical theology, musicianship, musical excellence and practical tools needed for them to grow as worshippers, as well as, singers and musicians. The School of Global Community Service trains students to grow their heart for missions locally and overseas and also to develop in skills to help them on mission trips and local outreach.
