David has met with the Building Department of the City of Rockport and has "conditional approval" for the basic design of the Narthex. Please review the exterior and interior pictures of the Narthex which are in this weeks issue of the Bulletin. We will be seeking final approval from Bishop Mulvey for this building addition this fall. Using a personal receiving unit and ear speaker, parishioners with a hearing impairment can now clearly hear all parts of the Mass. If you have a hearing aid with a T-Coil, you can choose to use the receiver with a neck loop that will broadcast to your hearing aid. Several parishioners who have tested these units are thrilled with the sound clarity and have purchased the units. If you or someone you know has trouble hearing the Liturgy, please contact the Church office for additional information.
