This is an exempt, full-time position beginning as soon as possible. Duties include: Sacramental outreach to the homebound; Coordinate Eucharistic Ministers to Homebound, facilitate support groups for bereavement and for the terminally ill, work independently yet collaborate with others, facilitate new ministries as need arises. Qualifications: Catholic in good standing. Certified Eucharistic Minister. Experience in hospice, nursing, elder care or the like. BA or BS in related field.
