We can only give such testimony to those who are actually parish members.

Charities Drive Succeeds! Bishop Malone has announced that the 2016 Diocesan Catholic Charities Drive has succeeded in reaching and surpassing its goal of $11,000,000. The event will be held this Tuesday, July 12 beginning with a picnic supper at 6 p.m. and followed by talks at 7 p.m. On the next two days, the mission will continue in a similar format at Holy Cross Parish on Seventh St and Maryland St. on the west side of Buffalo. Presenters this year are Deacon Alexander Manunta, Doris Valentin and Marangely Gonzalez. Service at Shrine to the Unborn Eighteen Years ago a shrine was erected at St. Mary s Cemetery to commemorate those lives lost to abortion since the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court legalizing abortion on demand. This Gathering and Prayer Service will be held this Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 7 p.m. It will include song, prayers, readings, and a reflection, followed by the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Note that in the event of bad weather, the prayer service will take place at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

Cave Quest V.B.S. is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences to see, hear, touch and even taste! It will be held on the grounds of Northern Chautauqua Catholic School. The help of parents, grandparents, pre-teens and teenagers is needed. The cost per camper will be $15 or $30 maximum per camper. Please make checks payable to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Monies left for masses do not benefit the church but rather the priest who will celebrate the mass. It is usually better to leave a legacy gift directly to the church or cemetery rather than masses.
