Soup supper will be served 5 6:15pm and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, (5 priests), will be offered 5:30 to 8:00pm or when ever the Lord of mercy leads. Save the Date! Our Lenten Mission is Coming! This year, our Lenten Mission will be the evenings of March 17th and 18th at Christ the King. What is a Lenten Mission? A Lenten Mission is a time when a parish brings in an outside speaker for a series of talks. It is a time of renewal, enthusiasm, and invigoration for a parish community. The offering of the sacraments in conjunction with the message of the presentations are just the recipe for spiritual renewal. See the bulletin for more details and stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information! BAPTISM INSTRUCTION Our triparish will be offering Baptism instruction on the 3rd Thurs. of every other month. We will alternate sites for each class. The next session will be held on March 21, at 6:30pm at St s Peter & Paul YOU MUST PREREGISTER FOR THIS CLASS! Registrations need to be in by March 18. 4 Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS MEETING The next Knights of Columbus meeting will be held on Mon., March 11th, at 7:00pm in the Parish Hall. ALL members welcome! ATTENTION ALL VOLUNTEERS! ALL volunteers that will experience a oneonone situation with children under age 18, or vulnerable adults, must have a background check on file every 5 years and complete CURRENT Safe Environment Training. MANY OF YOU ARE OVERDUE FOR UP- DATING YOUR SAFE ENVIRONMENT ONLINE TRAINING!! If you are not sure if you are due for an updated background check, please contact the Parish Office at There is a new format for taking this training which only requires updating every 5 years, so please check with the Office for instructions or help. This is VERY important, and the Diocese keeps track of this as well, so please make sure that you keep your training current! Thank you! The Parish Office will be closed today due to a Staff & Clergy meeting in St. Augusta, MN. SAVE THE DATE FOR THE MASS SERVERS OUTING! We are planning our annual Mass Servers Outing for Wed., July 17th. We will be going to a Saint Paul Saints afternoon game. More information to follow, but save the date for a good time! PLAY BALL!! Stations of the Cross/Benediction: Friday, March 8th, 7:30pm & Friday, March 29th, 7:30pm. Join St. Scholastica school for Stations of the Cross, Thursday s, 3pm during lent. Beginning March 7th through April 11th. The Mother Seton Guild will have a food drive during the fish fries March 8th April 12th. The food will help families of our community. Please bring nonperishable itemsand place them in the box in the gathering area. Please no outdated or opened items. Richard P Lee Memorial Scholarship is now accepting applications. They can be picked up on the bulletin board. Completed applications can be dropped in the office, or mailed to the address listed on the application. Drawing is the end of March. Please take note: March 23rd cleaning date has moved to March 16th., at 9am. Thank you. We are collecting NEW gloves, socks, underwear (please leave them in packages) for the homeless shelter during the six Sundays in Lent, starting March 10, Look for the black basket in the gathering area. KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS Annual Fish Frys The Knights of Columbus fish fry s started March 8th. Every Friday during lent. All the fixings! Adults $10.00 Kids under 12, $5.00. Kids under 7 Free. Please consider helping! Sign up sheets are in the vestibule. Many hands are needed. There is also a Basket Auction going on by the Women s group. Check it out! Have fun bidding. SEE YOU AT THE FISH FRY S BRAHAM FOOD SHELF Please support the Braham Area Food Shelf with canned foods and dry goods. The collection bin will be in the entryway on the every weekend of this month.
