It is important because then we are able to issue you official letters if and when you need to become a sponsor for Baptism or Confirmation. If you do not register we do not have a permanent record of you being a Parishioner. If you decide you want donation envelopes we can then also issue you a tax statement of your contributions that you have offered during the year. Please look for sign up cards at the doors of the Church and drop them in the collection basket or come by the Rectory. We offer Communion for the Homebound Anyone who cannot attend Mass due to illness or age may receive Communion at home. Please call the Parish Pastoral Care office, (718) , to make arrangements. 6 Annual Catholic Appeal Live in Faith Give in Love Proud of our Alumnai! Mary Grace Donohoe is a graduate of Holy Family School and The Mary Louis Academy. At her graduation, from Stonehill College, on May 5, 2017, Mary Grace will be awarded the San Damiano Servant Leadership Award for being a dedicated, faithful, service-oriented young leader answering the call to rebuild the Church. Mary Grace has been active as a Student Leader in the H.O.P.E. program. HOPE is a social justice based immersion experience where students travel for a week to encounter God in communities throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Mary Grace will be leading a group of 12 to Chacraseca, Nicaragua on a community project putting their faith in practice using Catholic Social Teaching, where they will be learning to stand in solidarity with suffering communities, and understanding how to empower those they encounter using the message of Christ.
