We Are Not Alone JoAnne Moyer - soloist We are never alone, for God is with us now and through all our days, always and forever. Our Father in Heaven Our Father in heaven, you are Creator of all. We are children of the earth and call to you - Creator God, Almighty God, Father of all. Holy Be Thy Name Give thanks to the Lord; call upon His name and make known all that He has done. We look to the Lord and rest in His strength. For all who seek the Lord, their hearts rejoice and they will glory in His name. Let Your Kingdom Come The world is full of pain and suffering, hate is alive and well. Through the chaos, people are asking, Where is God? We see the power of darkness, evil seems so strong. Bring your law of love and justice to the world, and rule the world with peace. Your Kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give Us This Day Give us this day, this precious gift, a moment of time to love and live. To You, the source of life we pray, Give us this day. Give us this time to cherish the gift, sweet gift of life. The sun travels on, the day will pass, So while we hold it in our grasp we ll cherish the blessings that You send our way. Forgive Us (Help Us Forgive Ourselves) Forgive us, Lord, and help us forgive ourselves. We come to confess, then You forgive and bless and leave our spirits clean and white as snow. Though mistakes are in the past we hold them in our grasp, and guilty memories remain. Forgive us, Lord, and help us learn to forgive. Though You forgive our sin, restoring us again, we harbor pain that we cannot release. Your grace is not complete until we find our peace, Releasing anger that we hold, forgiving till we let our anger go. Lead Us Not into Temptation Save us from evil through times of trouble, the fiery trials so hard to bear. When we struggle please hear our call. MAUNDY THURSDAY SERVICE APRIL 13 at 7:00 PM Sanctuary The Chancel Choir will sing and communion will be served. Anointing with oil for self or for others for physical, emotional or spiritual healing will be offered. GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE APRIL 14 at 12:00 PM Chapel The purple cloth hanging on the cross in the Chapel will be changed to black as we remember the crucifixion of Christ and worship Him through special music, responsive readings, singing of hymns, and prayer. Celebrate... SUNRISE SERVICE APRIL 16 at 6:30 AM Manatee Beach EASTER SUNDAY SERVICES APRIL 16 at 8:30 & 10:00 AM Everyone is invited to bring a flower to place on the Cross as a symbol of rebirth and resurrection! The Roser Ringer Handbell Choir will ring, the Chancel Choir will sing and a trumpet will play. Lilies may be ordered to be placed in the Sanctuary (see page 8). The seed money is there, but we invite members and friends to consider becoming a KEY PLAYER by donating to the ROSER GRAND PIANO FUND. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to supplement our current funds and cover the cost of purchase and set up of a concert grand. We have a matching donor for the first $5,000 raised.
