Is it a boy or girl? ow much does he weigh? What s her name? King erod wanted to find out all he could from these men who spoke of a newly born King. nswer the questions that erod may have asked. Who are these men??? Where have they come from? What has led them so far? What do they want to do when they find the new King? Where should they go? he travellers were wise men who studied the stars. heir studies told them of the birth of a King. hey thought that this King should be born in a palace. ow wrong they were! escribe how erod and the rest of the people in Jerusalem felt when they heard the news. 5 Unlike the shepherds, King erod was not too pleased to hear about the birth of the ord Jesus. e probably thought that this new King would take his throne. o he began to make plans to get rid of im! You can read in atthew : 3-8 what King erod did to try to kill the ord Jesus. oday, many people do not welcome the ord Jesus. Yet e still wants to be the King in your life. Will you allow im to rule over you? ven though the ord Jesus was under two years old, the wise men knew that e was very special. hey saw im as a King. When they found the ord Jesus, what three things did they do? (ee verse.)
