2 Level Lesson As Peter watched the Lord Jesus wash his friends feet, he became more and more upset. He could not understand why Jesus was doing it. He did not want his Lord to be washing his feet, as if He was a slave! Colour over the correct words which Peter said to the Lord Jesus. I washed this morning. I can do it myself. No, you will never wash my feet. Let me wash yours instead. The Lord Jesus washed His disciples feet. But He was also teaching them that He wanted their lives and actions to be clean. The Lord Jesus was taken to be crucified. Although this Bible Reading does not mention Peter, we know that he saw what the Lord Jesus suffered. (See Peter 5:.) Read John : -7 Key John : 7 Please put your name here After the Lord Jesus had risen from the dead, the disciples went back to Galilee and returned to the work they had been doing before Jesus had called them. Who suggested that they should go fishing? Six other disciples went with him. Write down the names of two of them. The next morning, who was standing on the shore?
