2 Valley Inn Fallston PA Page 2 Minutes from November 12th, 2013 Meeng Director Sherm, Called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm with 33 in attendance, minutes from previous meeting were approved by Joan & Bill McMahon. Too cold no Pre-ride 1 new member, no visitors. Assistant Director Tom, absent Treasurer Dale, reported the club has balance of $ to date, motion made to approve by Denise Meyer & Bob Sluder. Deposits from 50/50 & donation from Brewer s was $ expenses, Donation to verland for Antonio Santilli and to Val McMahon for large paver for Kinzua Bridge $ left a balance to date of $2, Secretary Liz, nothing to report Editor Gina, nothing to report, but would like to take this opportunity to thank Liz for all the great notes she has taken for me this past year, it will not be the same without her, we made a great team, thanks LIZ I REALLY APPERCIATE ALL YOU DID, and let you know you will definitely be missed!! Activities Director John, Is Gravity Hill on "the level"...ask John Brewer- he took a level and checked it out. Had nice ride...missed rain all day!! 10 bikes 10 hours long went 325 miles (does that show you we had a few slow riders) Foxburg wine festival was 7 bikes & 1 car. Reminded us: Nov 20th VIP at shop Up coming: Nov 23rd Bridgewater Parade meet across from batting cages (near Bruster s) at 5:45 Nov 29th Beaver Falls Parade meet at McMahon s at 6:30, parade at 7:00 Dec 7th Chapter Christmas Party Dec 8th Meyer s Christmas Party Dec 14th McMahon s Christmas Party Jan 1st New years ride (weather permitting) dry roads no salt), leave McMahon s 11am. Photographer Zack, said he took pic s at the Halloween party & will take pics at the Christmas party Historian Mel, told us the chapter formed July 27th 1990, we have had an average of 112 members since forming, and 6 current members were from the original date the chapter was formed. Ladies of Harley Denise, magnets have arrived for the Christmas Party favors, and asked for baskets for the Chinese Auction at the Christmas Party. Web Master Bill, absent (plumbing problems) Asked that he continue to send out Blasts on upcoming events.
