A - Beginning on Easter Sunday and ending on the second Sunday of Easter, and every day is considered a continuation of the Easter feast. Octave of Easter (second Sunday) is also known as Divine Mercy Sunday, designated as such by St. John Paul II in Divine Mercy Sunday is a refuge for sinners and is designed to get souls back to the practice of their faith. While the Easter feast is eight days long, we continue to celebrate the Easter season until Pentecost. Youth and Young Adult Ministry Middle School: Volunteer Meeting on April 9th from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm to Room 4. Check the Facebook and Flocknotes for more information! In July St. Michael s Workcampers will travel to Kansas City for a week to repair homes for the elderly and poor. We ask that you consider supporting our Workcamp mission through your prayers and donations. Workcamp will hold its annual Workcamp Share Sale after all Masses on April 14 th and 15 th. We will have a table in the hallway just off of the Gathering Space, and will be present during the Men s Club pancake breakfast after Sunday morning Masses to sell shares in Workcamp. Your share purchase will help pay our travel expenses to Kansas. In exchange, we will pray for your intentions during our daily devotions, send you a post card from camp, and invite you to our Appreciation dinner after we return home. Through Workcamp, we can be the hands of Christ and serve others who are in need. Please consider supporting us through our Share Sale.
