Names of Allah Ash Shaafi 7 th January 2012 Al Qhis th al Bahrih there is a stick where it is called an oodh- called the oodh al hindi The prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said that this oodh is a Qhis th because in it there are 7 cures! Another Hadeeth: The prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said the best thing to cure is the Al Qhis th al Bahrih There are 3 types of Kidhz: The Black one [the S eeni] The white one [Hindi/Indian ] The Red one [Ahmar] BENEFITS OF Al Qhis th al Bahrih: 1. Mucus 2. Cough 3. Good for throat infections! 4. Good for when u have flu How to use? It is like a liquid thing which is also good before infections like high fever, put it in the nose and then sleep. Like one drop! And u will feel a burning sensation in the nose and it will go to the throat and burn a little as well! Subahanallah! even good for babies- it is like an antibiotic. They said that when u mix it with olive oil and u inhale it then it is good for the nose! White one when u burn it and make a buhoor where it is put under your clothes then it is good for people who have menses and want to make it regular. BLACK ONE If you have stomach pain u crush it and put it with honey and consume it! It is also good for pigmentation [the black one] where u mix it with honey and apply! Also it is good for hair where u have a sickness where hair doesn t grow- then it is good for the hair growth![ crush it or grind it and mix it with olive oil and apply it].

2 Good for headaches/migraines where u drink it or u apply it! People who have asthma it is good for asthma! If you have scars or burnt skin, mix with honey and apply it is good! Good for the People who have problems with the kidney Get rid of worms in the stomach this is good! Talbeenah- barley! Where Aishah radhiyallahu'anhu when anyone would pass away, then she would cook this and take! The prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said that the Talbeenah will give rest for the heart, especially for the bleeding heart. This means that it will remove the grief in their heart and make them active! It is also like an antidepression medicine and it works for people who have depression! The prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said it would remove some of the grief! So Aishah radhiyallahu'anhu when she heard this would give it to the families who grieved the death of a loved one! How to make it? 3 tbsp. Of barley 2 cups of water [warm] 3 tbsp. milk A little honey if u want it to be sweet And keep on the fire for 10 minutes and stir Benefits: 1. Good for cholesterol 2. Good for heart and heart diseases 3. Good for depression has anti-oxidants which help cure depression! 4. Anti-ageing 5. Good for diabetes 6. Good for colon 7. Good for cancer- a remedy! Subahanallah! Ajwaah dates from medina! Subahanallah the Hadeeth about the Ajwaah:

The ulamah what did they say was good with Ajwaah: Benefits: 1. Good for cholesterol 2. Good for cancer 3. Good for kidney stones 4. Good for delivery- to make it easy 5. Good for the teeth! It has fluoride! 6. Protection from the poison 7. Good for anemia! 8. Good for the bones 9. Good for good concentration! 10. Good for the weak hearts 11. Good for the rheumatism 12. Good for the skin and to prevent the dry skin! And protection from skin infections! 13. Good for hair 14. Good for tired eyes! Milk The prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said the milk[ the cows milk] is a cure for all. Senna- the prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said that if there were to be a cure for all sicknesses except death! Meaning it is a laxative! Subahanallah! [ narrated by at tirmidhi and Ibn maajah] To make Senna for you to consume- Where u put it in the water and put some black seed, some tamarind and ginger and boil it and drink it! It is good for everything! Benefits Prevents constipation Now the recipe which is the strongest from any means from which u can get the reward! Surah Faatiha!

4 This surah 7 times 7 [7x7]if recited with yaqeen is a cure for all kinds of sickness!!! The surah Faatiha is a cure from even the sickness of the heart! Subahanallah!!! But we need to have the yaqeen when we recite it! We need to really concentrate! While u read it u need to know the meaning in your mind! So for any sickness u read it with understanding then u will really be able to get the Shifaa! This is kalamullah! Subahanallah! What are we to ponder when we read it? م ار ن ار م.1 In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. We start with the name of Allah- because everything started with the name of Allah is BARAQAH! He is the most merciful to His slaves! Subahanallah! ا د ر ب ا ن 2. All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Âlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists). When we have pain we need to put our hand on that area and read with concentration! And when we say alhamdulillahi rabbil alameen we believe that Allah Subahanawatha'la his cure will be for me special! Like as if the medicine is made especially for us! And we thank Allah Subahanawatha'la and say all praise and thanks are for him because he is so perfect and to him is all the praise that he made it so easy for us to worship him and thank him! So when we have this gratitude and thanks and appreciation in our heart for the one who is perfect it will make it so easy for us! No one deserves all the thanks except you- Allah! Because of your perfection and all the bounty u gave me! When we remember the blessing and really genuinely thank Allah this will make u more happy and u will get a Shifaa through that! Subahanallah! So we thank Allah Subahanawatha'la generally for everything and especially because he is Rabbil Alameen! We see the effects of the Tarbiyyah from Allah Subahanawatha'la around us! From our faults to perfection Alhamdulillah that Allah Subahanawatha'la will make us perfect with his nurturing! And for what? To live in paradise under the throne of Allah! Subahanallah! So when u are sick your cells are not at ease and nothing will make u calm and better but kalamullah!

5 3. ار ن ار م The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful The one who nurtures us and makes us better he is the most merciful! His Rahma has no boundaries or limitations! Subahanallah! And when someone is sick don t u think we need the Rahma! Yes! So when we think at this point how merciful Allah is then we will really love him right! Mahabbah! 4. ك و م ادن The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) The Owner of the Day of Judgment! And then u remember that day and how u will stand in front of Allah Subahanawatha'la and how Allah Subahanawatha'la will take u to account for what u did and then u will remember all your sins! So when we remember the honor and king of the Day of Judgment, this will humble us! Because on that day all humans will be surrendered to Allah Subahanawatha'la because we will all be on the same level! And when we remember that Allah is the king on that day this will make us in awe of Allah, and we will magnify Allah Subahanawatha'la! Because Allah Subahanawatha'la on that day will have the power and honor! So then this sickness we have the small sickness is nothing and seems insignificant! Subahanallah! And only Allah Subahanawatha'la the King of the Day of Judgment can heal me! Ta leem! Mahabbah and ta leem = to ibaadah! إ ك د و إ ك ن.5 You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). So we love Allah and we say that we magnify no one but Allah Subahanawatha'la then we worship only Allah Subahanawatha'la! Because he is the only one who deserves our full love and attachment and magnification and worship! So then when u think this don t u think Allah Subahanawatha'la will take care of your sickness!

6 So then after then u follow this with isthi aadah! I cannot worship and magnify u without your help!!!! I seek the Isthia ana and I need the help and u can give me the might and power! Because when u are sick and weak u cannot do ibaadah right and u feel really u cannot do it but then u turn to Allah Subahanawatha'la because he can make u to do it and he can give u the power right! But people nowadays get so attached to the doctor! There was a small girl who was sick and she was having a severe pain and she held the doctors hand and said to him- don t make me die! And then she fell unconscious and passed away! Subahanallah! So the doctor has no power to help u! No one can give u the might or power except Allah! اھ د ا ر اط ا م.6 Guide us to the Straight Way. Then we say our main concern and guidance is the guidance on the straight path in our life! The worst thing anyone can have is to be misguided right! So some people who have sickness and when u recite this u are asking Allah Subahanawatha'la to protect u and keep u on the straight path because maybe the sickness might make u go astray right! Because some people with sickness they complain and get angry with Allah and complain a lot about Allah! Subahanallah! So this ayat is a reminder for yourself not to get mislead and to keep your heart firm! Whether u go to doctor or take medicine or anything but u ask Allah Subahanawatha'la to guide u to the best of it all and your heart u seek the Shifaa from Allah Subahanawatha'la until u reach him! So we are choosing that we want to be on the siraat al mustaqeem! ر اط ا ذ ن أ ت & % $ م ) ر ا ' " وب & % $ م و # ا" ن.7 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians). Everyone has a reputation in the life right! And in the aakhira also we will have this and we want our name to be mentioned in the heavens! So we want to be of those who were chosen by Allah!

7 Surah Nisa ayat 69 و ن ط - ٱ و ٱر ول 5 6 و 3 ك - ٱذ ن أ م ٱ & % 0 م ن ٱ ن و ٱ د ن (و ٱ: 09 د ا ء و ٱ % ن و ن أ و 3 ك ر 6 ) ٦٩ And whoso obeys Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), then they will be in the company of those on whom Allâh has bestowed His Grace, of the Prophets, the Siddiqûn (those followers of the Prophets who were first and foremost to believe in them, like Abu Bakr As Siddiq radhiallahu'anhu), the martyrs, and the righteous. And how excellent these companions are! (69) We ask Allah Subahanawatha'la that we want to take the straight path of the people whom Allah Subahanawatha'la chose the blessings upon! Because they all have a special place in the aakhira! And then we are asking Allah Subahanawatha'la not to make us on the path of those who have earned your anger nor of those who are misguided! So we are asking Allah Subahanawatha'la to keep us on the straight path and it s like we are asking Allah Subahanawatha'la to grant us the beneficial knowledge and a means to act upon the knowledge! And we are asking not to make us of those who have the knowledge but don t act those who earned Allah's anger And don t make me of those who are busy in the life doing the good deeds but they are all lostthose who do Bidaa! Those who do actions which are not according to the Sunnah and they are the deviated ones! Subahanallah!
