1 Day 25 Surah Furqan Take the Quran personally. Allah knows exactly how our situation is. Take guidance from it for your own life and for your situation. People study the sciences but there is a gap between these sciences and our hearts. ' ڪ+ف+ور) ا ) ٥٠ And indeed We have distributed it (rain or water) amongst them in order that they may remember (the Grace of Allâh), but most men (refuse to accept the Truth or Faith and) accept nothing but disbelief or ingratitude. (50) Notice that the rain is not distributed randomly. The water we are depending on all comes from the rain. Questions: Why ل 7 ق 7 د 9?و 7 For tawkeed. Don't take the universal signs for granted. Oh there was rain, clouds, etc. We really need to observe Allah's actions in the universe. Then it becomes easy to observe the actions of people in the universe. Because the actions of people are according to the decree of Allah. Allah is creating the situation. others. : being distributed, to increase in some places and decrease in صرف This is not random, it is very precise. People don't know how much amount of rain has descended unless after it. But Allah has written in the preserved tablet. From a hadeeth we know that for a whole town there can be no rain, and Allah will send down rain for only one garden in that town. Allah has many means to send the rain, but He is taking charge to distribute the rains. Sometimes you see clouds, but there is no rain. Sometimes suddenly the clouds come and rain falls. Similarly, when Allah distributes the provision, it is not random. Even sending a messenger. Some messengers were sent for one town. Three for one village. Sometimes, one messenger for all of mankind till the day of judgement. Behind everything is Allah's wisdom, its not good or bad luck. Between different places. 2 the year, yet they don t drown. No, they need a lot of rain, and things they grow need it, eg rice growing countries. In the desert, there is no need for a lot of rain and so there is little rain. Be happy with what Allah has distributed for you, don't look at what He has distributed to others. Because this is best for you according to your situation. Be content with what Allah has given you. Why is this difference in rain distribution?.ل 0 ي 7 ذ.ك.ر+واA To remember, recognise, to take a lesson from it. You remember in order to take it as a lesson. ذكaر is originally تذكaر.Originally it was,ليتذكرو but because of idhghaam it became..ل 0 ي 7 ذ.ك.ر+واA Looking at things with a 3d glass connecting, associating everything with the Hereafter. Once you take a lesson from it, you will get attached to Allah and you will realise la ilaaha illallah, and you will worship Him, and you will feel grateful to Him. This is worship of the heart. Heedless people deal with the things as if they are by themselves, they don't link them to Allah. Devices of today are taking people away from the worship of the heart. Earlier, people didn't have all this technology, Ipads, mobiles. The more you live with the nature, the more you will have transparency. Alhamdulillah for the blessings that Allah gave us in the internet, mobiles, technology, etc. There is a lot of good in it, but a lot of learning from the senses is missing. Earlier when people brought news, it was very unique. Now, the news becomes known very quickly. To give life to the dead lands with rain indicates how Quran gives life to dead lands, and it is also a reminder of the day of resurrection. What we must do, where we are going? We have to take it seriously, because there is a day of judgement. What is the condition of the people? Most people reject, decline and refuse to accept the blessing of Allah. Just type 'most people' in Quran search and you will find Allah says in several ayaat Most people don;t know, don't give thanks, don't appreciate, etc. So don't be deceived by the

3 majority, it is the minority who is guided. Most people are thinking about how to get more dunya. This dominates their thoughts. They think they are doing everything. They reject everything except ingratitude and disbelief..كفaار If we want to exaggerate, we use كافر verb. is a كفر disbelief. : intense ك+فور disbeliever. : very intense ك 7 فور So they disbelieve in the blessings of Allah, if they see rain falling, they say it is because of so and so. Majority people say the word of kufr without realising it because they are attributing the rain to other than Allah. They must say, we received rain because of a favour and mercy from Allah.

(51) After all these universal signs, Allah says, if we wanted we could send messengers in every town. Sending the messengers is also according to Allah's Wisdom, He knows which messnger is suitable for whom. Some

6 villages didn't have any messengers. Some had 3, some had 1.Why don't people accept Furqaan? Because they have problems with their messengers. : If Allah knows that it is good, Allah would do it. But the decree and و 7 ل 7 و 9 ش 0 ئ 9 ن 7 ا provision of Allah is not random. Everything is preordained and predecreed. Our will is imperfect, because we lack knowledge, wisdom and ability. But only Allah's will (Mashiyah (مشيئة is perfect. Eg if Allah sent rain to some place and didn't send to another, there is wisdom behind it. These matters are not random. Have a firm belief that sending rain is not difficult for Allah. is to send something to بعث But.ارسل : to send something. It is similar to بعث give life, to resurrect. If Allah wills, He will send a messenger to give life to that town. Before Islam, the sahaba were very different, indulged in the dunya. And after they accepted Nabi SallAllahu alaihi wasallam, its like as if they were reborn. Similarly ayaat of Quran change the person completely. ' ي 7 ةo :ق 7 ر 9 a village is a very small place. So Allah could send the messengers even to very small villages. someone, warner warning about Allah's punishment. This is to awaken :ن.ذ 0 ير) ' ا warning really gives life to the hearts. This really suits with بعث, to resurrect, give life. In ayah 1, Allah says that Nabi SallAllahu alaihi wasallam was sent to all the people. (ت 7 ب 7 ار 7 ك 7 ٱل.ذ 0 ى ن 7 ز.ل 7 9 ٱل ف+ر 9 ق 7 ان 7 ع 7 ل 7 ى> ع 7 ب 9 د 0 ه 0 ۦ ل 0 ي 7 ك+ون 7 9 ل 0 لع 7 >ل 7 م 0 ين 7 ن 7 ذ 0 ير) ا ) ١ Blessed is He Who sent down the criterion (of right and wrong, i.e. this Qur'ân) to His slave (Muhammad SAW) that he may be a warner to the 'Alamîn (mankind and jinn). (1) When we read about the disbelievers who doubt the messengers, they need someone to warn them. Why didn;t Allah send a warner to every town? Because this was not the will of Allah. His will was to send Nabi SallAllahu alaihi wasallam to all the people as a warner. May Allah help us benefit from the ayaat of the Quran.
