6 We need volunteers to help clean the parking lot and to cut the grass in front of the trailer. The Church does not have tools/equipment or storage space right now, so volunteers would need to use and transport their own equipment. In order to keep the grass low and the parking lot tidy, we would need this to be done every two weeks, weather permitting. Volunteers may contact John Douglas, the liaison for Building and Grounds, for scheduling: (206) Summer Fun Days begin June 18, and there are 12 Sundays for which we will need adults to lead activities for 40 minutes during the 10 am service. No curriculum - volunteers can teach the kids anything or do an activity they ve always wanted to teach. Volunteers are encouraged to discuss with Bonnie ways to tie it to the scripture of the day. Examples of activities include yoga, hiking, gardening/planting seeds, making bread, walking the labyrinth, cleaning up the grounds, artistic creations with sidewalk chalk, nature walks, and many more.
