1 Jesus is the LIGHT John 9:4-5 Freedom Center Ministries, Inc. May 2017 News Greetings Friends and Family, It is now, so nice to see the mountains full and all the shades of Green. We had more than 7 inches of rain in May, that made God s creation more beautiful. It was a blessed month as we shared God s love over 500 folks heard about Jesus! Thanks to Kershaw BA, Camden, SC missionaries for Bible fellowship/suppers and their service to God in EKY for the past 13 years. This week and throughout the years SC missionaries have given us groceries and cooked meals to share with our friends and neighbors. It has been appreciated and has met many needs. The Kershaw BA have blessed so many folks: with roofs, bathrooms, and kitchen repairs in their homes and have seen many transformed lives. Robin s home church where she was saved and baptized came on their 2nd journey to EKY. The missionaries, from Ashley River BC, Charleston, SC blessed the local folks at the Tri- City Nursing Home, Senior Citizens Center, and two public housing complexes where the children and parents enjoyed (storytelling, singing, yard games, puppets, crafts, food, and music). The Freedom Center Mission house received some: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and computer updates. Our fellowship time together was great; which included Bible study, praise, and wonderful meals. We shared a blessed week with new brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord!

2 Encouragement and attention brings out their personality. Bubbles and Love goes along way with children! Linda Alford, FCM Co-Director came down to serve together with us and encourage us for a week. In Bible fellowship she asks the question who is Jesus? It may sound to be a simple answer, but for others not so easy!

3 God s Freedom Center warehouse is full GA, TN, and SC missionaries bought donations. Now all the items will be inspected and the shop will be restocked for our friends to shop. The folks tell us they are so thankful for a place to come for Bible fellowship and get good quality things for family members. They also appreciate your/our prayers.
