We need volunteers to read to the residents, play games, sit and talk and do crafts. There are many ways to help out with Ave Maria. The Nursing Home residents, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Adult Day Care all have need of volunteers. We are in the process of forming a teenage board to plan and implement activities on a regular basis. We are looking for teenagers from all over the city to come out and represent your school on the teen board starting this Fall. Make sure the picture is in a jpeg format, clear, not too dark, and not blurred. Close-ups are better than events or groups that are at a distance. Also, make sure that the picture is of recent events no more than a month old. Give a little info about the picture and who is in it and you are good to go. Just submit it to nativitycats@aol.com Scheduling Events at the Church Our parish is very busy and we receive many requests to use meeting spaces and the church grounds. Please contact Angie O Neill at to schedule your event. All requests should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Those who use our facility are responsible for setup and clean-up. You must notify the office if your event is cancelled. To have your event announced from the pulpit at the weekend masses, submit your information by 10:00am Keep your Information Current If your phone number, work number, cell number, address, address, or name changes, please notify the office Thank-you! to view bulletin on-line in Color: Note: What is turned in on Thursday is not for the weekend that comes within two days, but for the weekend after. Space in the bulletin is always a challenge. Even though you have until Friday 8 a.m. through the address, the sooner you get your announcement in the better.
