You will be inspired and energized by the respected Super Bowl winning coach, Tony Dungy. Begins Tuesday, November 8 th at 7pm. Women Judy Fysh will begin a study of David, Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed by Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore and Kay Arthur on Tuesday mornings from 9-11am. Come to the lounge downstairs Tuesday, Nov. 22 nd at 9am for this 6 week study. Dates are Nov. 22 & 29, Dec. 6 & 13, Jan. 10 & 17. Invite a girlfriend to come with you too! It s not too late to take part in the Silence and Solitude study. Contact the office to get your book and plan to go to Wharram s on Sunday, Nov. 6 th at 6pm for dinner & discussion.

2 Special Wedding Anniversaries! On November 15 th Pastor Jim & Tracey will celebrate 30 years of marriage. On November 26 th Hank & Jackie VanKempen will celebrate 50 years. John & Jean Driedger celebrated 60 years in October. On November 16 th Doug & Jean Nuttall celebrate 70 years. Junior Church THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT We are excited to have a new room downstairs and begin a new curriculum where we will explore the ways our character displays God s good fruit and learn about Christians throughout history whose lives demonstrate those character qualities. As we explore the expressions of each fruit of God s Holy Spirit in our lives, we ll learn to cultivate attitudes that will lead us to know God better and become the fruitful people He designed us to be. Children ages 4-8 are invited. For children ages 9 & up sermon note sheets are included in bulletin. We want to encourage our children to engage and learn to worship with us and grow as disciples. Ages 9-13 are welcome to deposit their sermon notes in the container on table in lobby for a weekly prize draw. Put A Child on Your Christmas List We know the best part of Christmas is the gift that was given to us by God Himself. Christ was born that first Chrtmas day. Jesus was and is the best present of all. Once again this Christmas it is our privilege as a church family to give Christmas presents to children in our community. Just as God gave us a gift, we have the opportunity to share that gift with others. This is an opportunity to adopt a child from the community and shop for them as if they are a member of your family. Information with the child s age, sizes and preferences will be available in the narthex at end of November. We are asking for $125 - $150 to be spent on each child. You may adopt one (or more) for your family or you may go together with a friend and adopt a child. If you prefer not to shop then you are welcome to donate the money to th church *(marked Put a Child on you Christmas List) and someone will shop on your behalf. We ask that gifts be returned to church by December 11 th, 2016 for distribution the week before Christmas. Please return all gifts in a large gift bag unwrapped with wrapping paper and scotch tape so the family knows what was given and can then give the gifts to their child as a Christmas gift from them or Santa. This is another amazing opportunity for us to partner with our community and share the love of Jesus. Gratefully, Tracey Bagley

KPS Breakfast Each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we welcome almost 50 Students from our neighbouring School and feed them breakfast and shine Christ s light to them! Moments for Moms Young moms meet to learn together on Fridays from 9-11am (excluding PA days). Childcare is provided. Community Dinner The third Wednesday of each month we serve a hot meal to those who come from 5-6:30pm. Invite a friend to come enjoy dinner with you!
