1 Disciple Classes Begin at 9:00am We welcome you to join us any Sunday for our Disciple Classes Grades: K 12: Classes - Upstairs Adult Classes: Covenant Class - Narthex J.I.J.T. Class - Downstairs New Disciples Class - Fellowship Hall Transform Class Downstairs (B2) Covenant Class: Is currently doing a study on the Holy Spirit. You are welcome to join us any Sunday morning. Transform Class: The class is seeking to address the question of When God Doesn t Fix It, the title of a book written by Laura Story whose husband was diagnosed with brain cancer and her physical and spiritual journey in dealing with the diagnosis. She also wrote the song Blessing which has touched thousands of lives. She does an amazing job of blending her story and her spiritual journey and Biblical truths communicating God s love, strength and grace in the midst of trials. We are discovering how to think and discover some understanding of how to process how God works in the hardships of our lives. Some of this is challenging to process, but we are learning. Currently we are discussing Best-Made Plans and will get into When God Doesn t Fix It chapters of the resource. The class meets in basement classroom B2 beginning at 9:00 on Sunday mornings. We welcome others to join us. On the 1 st and 3 rd Sundays of each month, Junior Church is offered during the worship hour for children not in the nursery. The children are dismissed from the sanctuary during the announcements to attend a fun and exciting Junior Worship of their own! PLEASE NOTE: The Junior Church children will be participating in worship on Sunday, December 23 rd. Watch the Sunday bulletins for more details. Cyndi Long is having a music ministry on the 2 nd and 4 th Sundays of each month. This Music Ministry will be during Junior Church time, for children up to age 10 and not in the nursery. We are learning to know Jesus and how God watches over us. We sing songs, play instruments, learn sign language, dance, hear stories, and just get crazy about God. Bring your friends! Welcome Cards Welcome Cards are located in the pew pockets. Visitors may complete a welcome card and place it in the offering plate during the offertory. The welcome cards may also be used for prayer requests or as a means of requesting or communicating information to the Leadership Team.
