They will be using the area Monday through Friday until 5pm year-round. The lease starts on February 1st, There will be approximately forty clients and 20 staff members. Redeemer is responsible for upgrades to the building. Our biggest responsibility is to add three more handicap bathrooms near the two bathrooms at the rear of the fellowship hall. Although we have a professional contractor doing the work, to save money, congregational volunteers are responsible for painting the first-floor area. That includes the bathrooms, the two classrooms, office, and hallway. Although that s a lot of painting, we have two months to complete the work. Work has already started in the classrooms. We need volunteers to get this done! If we must hire professional painters, it will probably be in the range of $5,000. This is the equivalent of almost two Sunday s giving. By volunteering a few hours of work, our efforts add up. If you can spare a few hours during the week or on a Saturday, please contact Lisa in the church office, who is coordinating the scheduling. The Altar Flowers and Communion wine are available for donation each Sunday throughout the year. The flowers are $20/vase (you may donate one or both) and the wine is $10.
