To make an appointment, please call the Church Office. Marriage - Couples wishing to be married at either St. Rita or Christ the King must contact the pastor 6 months in advance of the proposed date. Marriage preparation is required by the Diocesan Marriage Preparation Policy. ************************************************ Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers and Ministers of Hospitality are always needed for each Mass. Highway 30-A Santa Rosa Beach, FL RSVP by November 11 th Alice Ann Sanchez Psalm 86 The Lord is slow to anger and rich in kindness, forgiving wickedness and crime. (Nm 14:18) So wide is God s mercy that no sin is too great or too small for forgiveness. So much narrower is our charity that we often find the small annoyances the hardest to forgive. The more often we turn in prayer to allforgiving God, the more we will become like him in extending the hand of pardon to others in every daily circumstance. The great composer Johann Sebastian Bach said, The aim and final reason of all music is none else but the glory of God and the refreshment of the spirit. And He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear, and will trust in the Lord (Psalm 40:3). St. Rita is blessed to have gifted singers and skillful instrumentalists who participate in our ministry week after week. It is our goal to present music that glorifies, edifies, and ministers to the saints who worship with us. St. Rita Music Ministry is looking for those people in the pews who have a vocal or instrumental talent and would like to be part of this ministry. A relief team from St Rita will be taking these items to the distribution center at St Dominic s. Please drop off any of the following items to the Mary Star of the Sea Room: Batteries (all sizes) Household cleaning items pet food snacks disposable cleaning gloves Paper Products (plates, paper towels, etc) hygiene products (men and women) baby food baby formula kids pull-ups kids underwear deodorant canned goods We can use your help with relief efforts by volunteering here at St. Rita or traveling to Panama City, please contact the church office or visit our Facebook page or our website at saintritaparish.org Please keep all those affected by Hurricane Michael in your prayers.
