3 Unison Prayer of the People Merciful and loving God: your Spirit has touched us and made us alive; you have fashioned us into a community of faith. You have awakened us to love you, discern your ways and live in obedience, love our neighbors, and hear the cry of the needy. In-as-much as we have lived this out, you have made us a witness to the people and a catalyst to transform this world into a place of love and peace. For all this, we give you thanks. Where we have fallen short: we ask forgiveness and turn to you for help. We yearn for the completion of your work in us. Please proceed to the front as directed. All are welcome to participate: this is an Open Table (you don t need to be a United Methodist member) A piece of gluten free bread will be placed in your open hand. Please eat the bread and take a glass of juice (non-fermented) from the tray. Leave your empty communion glass in a basket along the side aisle on return to your seat. If you are unable to come forward, a team of servers will bring the bread and juice to your seat. Please indicate your wish to the usher or the servers as they near.
