BRIDGE OF HOPE On the 1 st Thursday of each month parishioners of the Basilica assist in feeding the homeless at the Bridge of Hope on North St. Please call Al at if you can help. The next date is April 5. OUR CATHOLIC APPEAL Thanks to everyone who has already responded by mail or during Mass. It is important that as many parishioners as possible make a pledge to support our diocesan ministries, which benefit every parish in the diocese, including our own. We hope to receive a pledge from all active households in our parish community. Pledge envelopes are available in the back of the church. To date 152 parishioners have pledged $51, and have paid $27, towards our goal of $95, FIRST FRIDAY First Friday is April 6th. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is after the 9:00am Mass. Benediction is at noon. TASTE AND SEE The Basilica of St. Paul presents, Taste and see that the Lord is good, 6:30pm on Wednesday evenings in the Parish Center Damascus Room. The grand prize, if a minimum number of tickets is sold, is $5000. Second, third and fourth place prizes will also be awarded. The drawing will take place at Math Family Night on Thursday, May 3, 5:30pm in Mullally Hall. You do not need to be present to win. KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS The Knights of Columbus will hold their annual Tootsie Roll Drive and Membership drive the weekend of April 14/15 after all Masses in the back of the church. The Knights will be preparing a Polish dinner of stuffed cabbage, pierogies, kielbasa, and bread on Saturday, April 21st at 5pm in Mullally Hall. Tickets will be sold after Mass the weekends of April 7/8 & 14/15 for $8. Tickets at the door will be $10. St. Theresa s Circle will have desserts available for sale.
