Chien DAY OF PRAYER In light of the recent allegations of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church, Bishop Noonan has asked all parishes to observe a day of prayer and healing during the month of September. The Basilica will designate next Sunday, September 30 at 3pm, during Divine Mercy Devotion, as our time of prayer for healing. Everyone is welcome to attend. Sunday, September 23, 1-4pm at St. James Episcopal Church, 38 S. Halifax Dr., Ormond Beach. Tickets are $5, free for children 10 and younger with an adult. Music, games, contests with prizes, face painting, selfies station, thrift shore and a huge silent auction. Grand prize drawing for $500 cash (need not be present to win). All you can eat ice cream and cake. Family Renew Community is a faith-based organization that provides a safe, stable home for homeless families with children, and equips them with the tools they need to be self-sufficient. The Basilica of St. Paul supports Family Renew Community. Tickets are available at the event. BLUE MASS Bishop Noonan invites all to attend the 17 th annual Blue Mass.
