Communion Ministers go to the Altar after Father has received Communion. (Note: On Saturday evening, when only 2 Communion Ministers are scheduled, position yourself past the banister). 2. Once Communion Services are completed, Communion Ministers may consume the remaining precious blood in their communion vessel. 3. Communion Ministers proceed to the Altar and hand the communion vessels to the Priest or Deacon. 4. Communion Ministers return to their seats. 5. After mass, Communion Ministers proceed to sacristy to wash communion vessels with soap and water. If you have any questions, please contact Deacon Joe or Carolyn. Dates and Times of Gatherings and Opportunities at St. Martin of Tours Church Meade County Catholic Radio 95.3 WLHN Third Weekend of the Month-Food for the Meade Co. Clothes Closet and Pantry will be collected. Please supply non-perishable food items with a non-expired date. Items can be left on the side altar under the St. Joseph statue. When we have a funeral on Tuesday or Thursday Fr. Hopper will still have a 8:00am morning Mass on Tuesday and Thursday before the funeral. Homeless Gift Bags-We are putting together homeless gift bags. Items needed are hats, socks, razors, quarters, dollar bills, tooth brushes, peanut butter crackers, wash clothes, soap and any other items you might have. You may drop off these items on Wednesday evening at Nana s Room. Fellowship: All are invited to bring their own supplies and work on your favorite hobby or craft while you enjoy the company of other crafters at Nana s Room. You can share your craft with others or learn a new craft from someone else. Service to Others: We also understand that not everyone can come out on a Wednesday evening but would like to help. If you would like to help at home to cut our quilt pieces, sew quilt pieces, make Rosaries, crochet mats, or cut up bags to make balls for our mats please call Gail. She will get you started. Blue jeans are still needed! In any condition. And we are still collecting plastic bags for the homeless mats. Our rosary makers are hard at work too. All are welcomed!
