These stamps are organised and sent around the world to stamp collectors. The money made from this endeavour goes to D&P projects overseas. Boxes for these stamps are at the Informa on Center. 3 Fourth Sunday of Advent /Christmas/Feast of the Holy Family/ Epiphany Dec. 24, 2017-Jan.7, Mary s Dream- I had a dream, Joseph. I don t understand it, not really, but I think it was about a birthday celebra on for our Son. I think that was what it was all about. The people had been preparing for it for about six weeks. They had decorated the house and bought new clothes. They d gone shopping many mes and bought elaborate gi s. It was peculiar, though, because the presents weren t for our Son. They wrapped them in beau ful paper and ed them with lovely bows and stacked them under a tree. Yes, a tree, Joseph, right in their house. They d decorated the tree also. The branches were full of glowing balls and sparkling ornaments. There was a figure on top of the tree. It looked like an angel might look. Oh, it was beau ful. Everyone was laughing and happy. They were all excited about the gi s. They gave the gi s to each other, Joseph, not to our Son. I don t think they even knew Him. They never men oned His name. Doesn t it seem odd for people to go to all that trouble to celebrate someone s birthday if they don t know Him. I had the strangest feeling that if our Son had gone to this celebra- on He would have been intruding. Everything was so beau ful, Joseph, and everyone was so full of cheer, but it made me want to cry. How sad for Jesus not to be wanted at His own birthday celebra on. I m glad it was only a dream. How can I spread the Light of Christ into my part of the world? How do we keep our faith as a family... are we able to share it? Am I open to the will of God, as Mary was, as it unfolds in the unique circumstances of my life? For God there are no outsiders: Do I deny anyone the love and respect that belong to all? When I come across opportunities to serve others in this Christmas Season, how will I respond? We have two priests and a deacon who are available for a house blessing and/or anointing of the sick. This community has been blessed with a good number of baptisms in the recent past. Our priests and deacon are also available to visit the homes of the recently baptized children and are willing to offer a prayer with your family.
