3 LADIES OF ST. ANNE Our next meeting is Tuesday April 11. There is no mass so the doors at the hall will open at 6pm so you can purchase your Communion Supper ticket. BIBLE STUDY There is NO Bible Study this week the next session is April 19 th at 6pm in Tetu Hall. All are Welcome! PARISH NURSE The Parish Nurse program resumes on Thursday 4/13 at 9am-11am. Good Friday: Holy Land provides funding for support of the Holy Places St. Anthony of Padua Community Center Presents an Interactive Comedy Show & Dinner Experience! 4 MONTH OF MARY During the month of May a heart shaped votive candle stand will be placed in front of the statue of our Blessed Lady in the church. If you would like to have the heart illuminated in honor of a loved one for one of the days in May (except for Fridays) please contact the rectory The suggested donation is $10. St. Anthony of Padua 2017 School News Peeking Into Kindergarten Where can you find a great kapok tree, red-eyed tree frog, howler monkey, boa constrictor, chameleon and blue morpho butterfly? In the Kindergarten rain forest of course! We have had an amazing time learning about all of the wonders of the rain forest in preparation for the science fair over the last month. Our room has slowly transformed into a tropical wonderland and we can hardly wait to share it with you! We have also been busy at work preparing our hearts for Easter through prayer, songs, bible stories and a special Easter presentation. We are so excited for the best part of Easter, Jesus! In math we have been working on addition through the use of many hands on games, activities and math talks. Our favorite part of the week remains our guided reading groups. It is amazing to watch the children blossom as readers and hear them say, I love books! Kindergarten is an exciting place to be! Mrs. Paiva St. Anthony School Science Fair was held on April 7 th followed by an Ice-Cream Social Pre-K Plants Kindergarten Rainforest Grade 1 Ocean Life Grade 2 Simple Machines Grade 3 Solar System Grade 4 Weather Grades 5 & 6 Individual Projects that were presented and judged.
