3 THE FEAST DAY OF ALL SOULS/BOOK OF THE DEAD On Friday, November 2, our parish will celebrate our Feast Day with Masses at 6:30am and a Special Mass at 6:30pm honoring all Parishioners who have died; especially those who have died this year. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be offered beginning after the 6:30am Mass, throughout the day, until the beginning of the 6:30pm Mass. Sign Up Sheets are located in the back of church. We need to fill 12 hours of Adoration to Commemorate our Feast Day & remember our beloved dead in Christ; please sign up for your hour. Throughout the months of October and November, a Book of the Dead will be found in the Baptistery in back of church. Please enter the names of your beloved deceased family and friends. At our Masses on November 2nd, as well as all through the month of November, we will pray for those entered in the book and we ask that you too remember them in your personal prayers. The system consists of a transmitter and earphones. If you wear hearing aides, it will be used in lieu of them, those who are hearing impaired but do not have hearing aides can also benefit from the system. The device will be directly tuned into the church s audio system. Please let us know if you think this is something that you would be interested in using by dropping the slip below in the collection basket. Thank You! Then peace on earth will come to stay, when we live Christmas every day CHRISTIAN ACTION/SVDP - TOY & FOOD DRIVE NOVEMBER 10th - DECEMBER 16th Please leave your items in back of church For over 40 yrs our Christian Action Group and SVDP Society have been providing food & Christmas gifts to needy families in our area. Donations provided by our parishioners have been outstanding! Thank you! The time is here again to begin collecting for this ministry of love. And the first time ever, each of the 280 ornaments were taken from the Giving Tree! Your generosity is AMAZING! Look for the Giving Tree in back of church this November and let s do it again!
