Here we gather to seek, know and express God s love in an open community which embraces diversity. Through the use of language, imagery, and metaphors that are inclusive of gender, sexual orientation, race and ability, we affirm that all of creation bears the image of God. While we are not always successful, this remains an important goal. 1

We gather together to worship here because of every new insight into life you gift us with through creation, relationships and by simply being God. We celebrate the song of the skies! Sing! Skies! We are sorry. Please, God, remind us daily to never take for granted the 2

3 beauties and wonders of nature. Let us never look with jaundiced eyes at a sunrise or a sunset, without feeling that they are truly religious happenings. Let us always look to the sky, to see the beauty of the clouds and feel the warming rays of the sun. You have given us such a beautiful world; help us to always marvel at it and enjoy it. Forgive us, O God, and restore in us pure hearts and minds so that our actions reflect your will, not ours. All praise and glory to you, O Holy One. Amen. BOOK SALE FOR EL SALVADOR The January Big Book Sale raised $644 towards our scholarship program in our sister community of El Triunfo! MANY THANKS to our great team of volunteers who work so hard and who make this event possible. And thank you to all of you who supported this event by donating & buying books.
