9 B + ve : This book neither shows you an easy way to win over your challenges nor does it give any Mantra for sure success. This book is the crux of my sweet and sour experiences earned through the incidences, accidents, hope, dismay, challenges and inspirations of my life. Whatever I have got to learn in my life from my family, guides, friends, fans, critics, classmates, colleagues and unknown people or situations, is preserved in this book. Not that I have lived a great life or I am a philosopher. But, my being an absolutely common man is the key feature of this book. It s just that whatever I have felt, I kept on penning it down, which has a lot of scope of errors and corrections. Following are the three key reasons behind preparing this book: I had created my Facebook Profile in year 2010 and started sharing my creative work of poetry through it, with friends. In that sequence, gradually came the experiences, thoughts, comments and opinions. After some time, it became a routine for me and, apart from the important occurrences in my life, I started [8]

10 ' ' ( ) posting my feelings there. With that only, I developed the ability to express any learning or feeling, out of any incidence, in positive, crisp and simple words. After eight years, now the collection has become big enough to share with you, in the form of a book. My already published two books, namely Pighlaa Darpan and Do Poornaank, are in Hindi language. Those could not reach many of my acquaintances and fans because either Hindi is not their mother tongue or they are (unfortunately) not interested in reading Hindi. Same was the issue often observed with my Facebook posts also. When I used to write in English, the Hindi speaking people wouldn t appreciate it and when I used to post in Hindi, the English readers would remain unaware of it. So, the improvement or value addition was that I started writing and posting each thought in both the languages. With a little effort, I was able to have a hold on both the languages and their respective readers. Extending the same initiative, I have written and presented this [9]

11 B + ve : book in both the languages, for the benefit of public at large. My blood group is B +ve and that has always guided me as an inspiring phrase. Not that one has to have B +ve blood group to be positive in life, but that s a personal feeling for me. It always reminds me that favorable or adverse situations and difficulties occur in everyone s life, which we must accept as it is and keep moving. That s the essence of this book, and title as well. 15 B + ve : The Immortal Mentor (Translated) Not that I chose you as a Guru, but you had accepted me as your disciple.. I had neither character nor knowledge, but was dear to you, not sure why.. Your feet were like a temple, and divine was your voice.. You taught me to worship efforts, and also the meaning of life and death.. You left us teaching the power of discipline, rules and self restraint.. We, the innocent disciples, were so helpless and could not even reciprocate your efforts.. You were the live example of action, you embodied the chapters of Gita.. Whenever there was any trouble, you would announce victory with a care-free laughter.. [14]

16 ' ' ( ) You were always preaching to do service and have satisfaction.. Your eyes were so bright that we used to feel ourselves powerful.. You used to donate your knowledge only for the sake of development of the students.. To get us through the ocean of challenges, you played both Ram and the Setu (bridge).. Whenever integrity is discussed, you are remembered.. O Guru, O Chiranjeev, this bond with you is unbreakable.. You carved a stone into a statue, and bestowed upon blessings, love and respect.. You would sure hit the target, everytime you pulled the bow, that is me.. I might still forget the favour you did, but will always assume the right on you in my words and heart.. O Almighty!
