Provide more than 1 million meals to needy persons through four major nutrition programs. Deliver 15,000 counseling sessions to individuals and families in crisis. Ensure that 38,000 children and young adults are able to participate in religious education through the Faith Formation program. Educate and train 30 men for ordination to the priesthood. Care for 74 senior retired priests. Provide spiritual care to 22,000 nursing home residents and hospital patients. Afford our youth with meaningful opportunities to mature as holy and active members of society through a wide range of faith-based programs.

Applications for the Parish Scholarships are now available in the office after Mass. Scholarships are available for any youth in Catholic High Schools and all Colleges and Universities. To be considered for a scholarship you must attend Mass weekly and be involved in parish life at St. Matthew. Not everyone applying will receive aid. Deadline for all applications to be returned to the Parish Office is Sunday, May 29th, by 5:00pm. Meeting Change: Our next adult volunteer planning meeting will be on this Thursday, April 21st, at 6:30pm. Kick-off Mass on Sunday, June 26th at the 9:00am Mass followed by Coffee and... The camp will conclude on Friday, July 1st, with a prayer service at the grotto followed by a family lunch. Registration forms for campers and volunteers are now available for St. Matthew parishioners and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
