Every year, on the anniversary of the martyrs deaths, Christians would visit their tombs and celebrate the Eucharist. This practice grew throughout the centuries to include remembering other outstanding Christians on the days they died. Soon the entire calendar was filled with memorials of the saints. 4 Young Adults: 'Holy Hour with Music & Night Prayer' Are you a Catholic adult in your 20s and 30s? If so, join us this Wednesday November 7, 2018 for our monthly Holy Hour. Holy Hour begins at 7:30 PM in the lower chapel of St. Agnes in West Chester and we conclude with Night Prayer. Confession will be available during Holy Hour. Join us for fellowship afterwards. 6 CCD / PREP Sunday Coffee Social and Fellowship Welcome back families! The kitchen will be open with the starting of CCD season, after the 8 a.m. mass to provide refreshments for our St. Thomas More community. It is a great way to begin or renew old friendships and grab a quick snack or cup of Jo while waiting for CCD to begin/end!! Donations of baked/bought goodies or snacks are always welcome and needed and Volunteers are always welcome and desperately needed for assisting to give out snacks and/or making sure everything is cleaned up before CCD lets out.
