Every year, on the anniversary of the martyrs deaths, Christians would visit their tombs and celebrate the Eucharist. This practice grew throughout the centuries to include remembering other outstanding Christians on the days they died. Soon the entire calendar was filled with memorials of the saints. In the ninth century, Pope Gregory IV designated November 1 as the day to remember all the saints living in God s presence. 8:00 ~ AM ~ People of the Parish Requested: Father Brady 10:30 ~ AM ~ James Alfred Smith Requested By: Szymanski Family ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Deadlines for future bulletins: Bulletin Deadline November 18 November 8 November 25 November 8 December 2 November 22 December 9 November 29 December 16 December 6 December 23 December 6 December 30 December 20 January 6 December 27 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Baptism and Pre-Jordan Schedule Coming Soon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Spiritual Support for Addiction: Hope in Christ Seeking spiritual support in the journey towards recovery?
