Frank Holding, PGJO, APGM and the remaining Officers of Provincial Grand Lodge. In late 2006 a number of Mark Master Masons who were also members of a Chapter meeting at Wilmington, thought it would be good idea to create a Mark Lodge to be associated with the Erdemont Craft Lodge and Erdemont Chapter. In March 2007 after having been given a verbal goahead, a letter was sent to all our acquaintances who were Mark Master Masons and the first Founders' meeting was held on is" July This meeting was attended by 18 Founders and three very influential and helpful people Bro. Roger Croucher who was then the Deputy PGM, Brian Holland (prov. Grand Secretary) and Peter Wise (pagm). We the Founders of the Lodge thank them and the many others who have assisted us for their help and support. Officers; he appoints his Officers and opens a Lodge of Mark Master Masons. Hail Eternal by Whose aid All created things were made Heaven and earth Thy vast design. Hear us, Overseer Divine. May our work begun in Thee Ever blessed with order be, And may we, when labours cease, Part in harmony and peace. The Consecrating Officer will be saluted. 3. The Director of Ceremonies addresses the Consecrating Officer. The Consecrating Officer replies and gives directions. 6. The Petitioners are arranged in order in the East. 7. The Warrant is read. The Consecrating Officer enquires of the Petitioners if they approve of the Officers named in the Warrant. The Brethren sing:- When there a shrine to Him a/one They built, with worship sin to foil On threshold and on corner stone They poured out Corn and Wine and Oil The Consecrating Officer pours Wine - the Emblem of Joy and Gladness. 16. tebt tebirb ~irmit Before the Third Circuit the Chaplain reads Exodus Chapter 30 Verses The Brethren sing: - And we have come, fraternal bands, With joy and pride and prosperous spoil To honour Him by votive hands With streams of Corn and Wine and Oil. The Consecrating Officer sprinkles Oil - the Emblem of Peace and Harmony. The Petitioners are arranged in order around the Lodge Board. 17. tebt :.tourtb ~jrmit Before the Fourth Circuit the Chaplain reads Leviticus Chapter 2 Verse 13. The Brethren sing: - Now 0 'er our work this salt we shower, Emblem of thy conservant power: And may Thy presence, Lord. we pray, Keep this our Temple from decay. The Chaplain perambulates the Lodge three times, censing. 21. Presentation and Installation of the Master Designate. (Board of Installed Masters) 25. The Master is saluted, proclaimed and presented with the Warrant of the Lodge. 26. The Master will appoint and invest the First Officers of the Lodge 2i The Addresses (to the Master, Wardens, Overseers and the Brethren) 28. The Lodge Bye-Laws will be approved. 29. The Election of the Consecrating Officers and his Assistant Officers as Honorary Members. 30. The Consecrating Officer and his Assisting Officers will retire in procession. 31.
