5 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS A rehearsal will be held at 4.30 p.m. on Saturday 23rd March All District Officers must be present punctually. Any District Officer unable to attend the meeting must notify the District Grand Secretary before Friday 8th March Master Masons being subscribing members of a Lodge in the District are eligible to attend the meeting. Brethren in taking their seats shall do so in accordance with the instructions of the District Grand Director of Ceremonies. Dress Code Dark Business suit, white shirt. The Craft tie or plain black tie or the District tie and white gloves. Full Dress Regalia. Qualified Brethren should wear the Royal Arch Breast Jewel. Masters and Wardens of Lodges will wear their Lodge Collars. Dinner will be served after the meeting and brethren desiring to attend must make application together with payment of the dining fee to: The Secretary, District Grand Stewards Lodge of East Africa No dgleastafrica@gmail.com not later than 8th March
6 ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE ATTENDING DISTRICT GRAND LODGE GRAND OFFICERS All Constitutions enter by the main entrance and proceed to the robing room where they will clothe and sign the attendance book CURRENT AND INCOMING DISTRICT GRAND OFFICERS Enter by the main entrance and proceed to the changing room where they will clothe and sign the attendance book The rest of THE DISTRICT GRAND OFFICERS AND ALL OTHER BRETHREN enter by the South entrance to the basement dining room where they will clothe and sign the attendance book Registration desks will close at 5.45 p.m Dining tickets will be collected in the respective rooms after signing the attendance book. 6
