1 Easter Sunday - Trinity Church Order of Service Opening Responses: How joyful it is, to celebrate the good news of God s love! We are called to be Easter people! Darkness cannot claim us! Fear cannot bind us! Christ is risen! Christ is risen, indeed! Amen!

7 INTIMATIONS Easter Songs of Praise is this evening at 7pm at Skene Kirk. (This will incorporate our Cafe Worship and we will celebrate Holy Communion.) There is no evening service at Trinity Church tonight. Church Magazine Tomorrow, Monday 2 April is the deadline for articles for the next edition of The Chronicle. If there are any pastoral matters during that time please contact Marion Stewart on Tel Afternoon Tea Service is this Wednesday 4 April at 2pm at Trinity Church. If you would like transport to the service, please contact the Church Office. There will be no Wednesday Teas this week. Knitting for Malawi - A special thank you to everyone who has donated knitted items for babies in Malawi. We are very fortunate to have so many wonderful knitters in our community. The last date for handing in knitting to the Church Office is Friday 6 April. We will be collecting knitting again in September this year. Holiday Bible Club (9 13 July) Plans are already underway for this. We are looking for volunteers for a variety of activities. See the sign-up sheet in the foyer at Trinity Church. Our Craft Team needs you to save the following items: cardboard containers similar to Bisto tubs, with lids. Thick inner cardboard tubes from rolls of cling film and tin foil (not thin cardboard kitchen roll). Please hand your items in to the Church Office.

8 Voile Curtains - Thanks to all those who offered curtains. We now have enough for Prayer Spaces in our schools. Poppies With Purpose If you would like to help make knitted poppies for a poppy display later in the year, then Poppy Bags can be purchased from the Church Office at a cost of 2 each ( 1.50 from each purchase will go to PoppyScotland and 50p is to cover the cost of the materials.) There is a sign up sheet at the end of the service for ordering your Poppy Bags.
