2 OUTER BANKS UTILITY COORDINATING COMMITTEE MINUTES OF THE MEETING JANUARY 25, 2018 Howard Corey called the meeting to order around 10:00 at the Kitty Hawk Office at 5300 The Woods Road, Kitty Hawk, NC and welcomed the new and old members. The following people attended: Joann Ball Dominion Energy Howard Corey NC Tim Kesler Dominion Energy William Steeley Dominion Energy Christopher J. DeCou Dominion Energy Wilbur Haynes Spectrum Ron Heath Badger Daylighting Inc Rob Helgeson Badger Daylighting Inc Matthew Palmiter Carolina Water Service Chris Sutton NCDOT Edenton The minutes from the last meeting were approved. Howard Corey went over the ticket reports and we discussed them at the meeting, they are also on the Website for review. Recent Damages: DOMINION: Nov. 2 cut primary,1 cut 4/0 services, 2 secondary, Dec. 1 cut sec, 1 cut pri. CAROLINA WATER: None. BADGER: None. SPECTRUM: None. DOT: None. Upcoming Major Projects: DOMINION: Colington Harbor Lg. Pole job end of May, Ocean Hill job, Moyock 500 homes. DOT: Kitty Hawk, Hwy Imp. Job Currituck, Colington Rd. Bike Path. SPECTRUM: Nothing big. KDH: Bike Path. Duck: Bike Path. Old/New Business: None.//Asked for flags on markings. Howard had some handouts for everyone. The next meeting will be on March 29, 2018 at the Dominion Office at 5300 The Woods Road in Kitty Hawk, NC. The meeting adjourned around 10:37am.
